Reasonable wait time- friendly staff. I felt very comfortable with how I was treated. I would definitely recommend this clinic.I have been to this walk in several times with my husband, but not for several years. Happy to see the same good service we received in the past.

The nurse practitioner (Majorie) was excellent in diagnosing my problem and recommending a treatment. I am starting to feel better after only one day of being on medication.

I would give zero stars if I could. I’m very upset with the “new” Boca Raton Regional Hospital. It took over a week to schedule an MRI because the hospital lost my records showing they types of stent, clips and coils that are in my head. Especially upsetting is the stent and coils were installed at BRRH in 2015 and 2016. It was also frustrating because I had an MRI in 2019 where I did not have any issues. I don’t have space to go into all through all the issues I had to go through, but needless to say it took too much time and effort on my part to get THEIR issue resolved. I hope my next experience is better!

Overall a very pleasant experience. Staff very nice .. the only negative I have to say is the long wait at least when I was there. Also because I was very uncomfortable and in pain and I expected to get taken care of with a little urgency due to the situation. But overall very very good.
