One word - AMAZING! I can go on and on and tell you how caring the doctor and staff are, how talented Dr Bauman is, how beautiful the facility is, but I’d rather not. Even though that is 100% true. I’d rather tell you that I spent three years educating myself on hair transplants on YouTube, Google, and anyone else that I met that had one. As something so big as a life-changing procedure, it doesn’t matter if you are the most confident person in the world. You can still worry and are apprehensive about the whole process and journey. The whole group at Bauman Medical treated me like I was their family. ALWAYS, making it about me and never feeling rushed. Nightly calls by Dr Bauman were the icing on the cake. Not one time did it feel like he had a bunch of calls to make and he was going to check my name off the list after our call. EVERY SINGLE TIME, he spoke to me like I was his brother that just had the procedure and was extremely interested and wanted to know any thoughts or concerns I may have had. Because Bauman Medical Group is world class at what they do, there were never any concerns. As you consume content on the different social media platforms and see that there are some very inexpensive subpar alternatives in other countries, make sure that you deserve only the BEST for yourself. Kim Jenkins in Salon B is the best in the business in scalp care. I have been dealing with dandruff my whole life. I have tried every dandruff shampoo on the market and nothing has worked for me. I have been to over 5 different dermatologists who all confirm I have dandruff and prescribe some medicated shampoo or drop which also did not help me. Plus I am skeptical of drugs. After the initial screening with Kim I had more confidence in her than any doctor I had seen over the course of my life to deal with my hair/scalp. She has a passion for her expertise and is extremely knowledgable. After a few treatments my scalp has been getting healthier and healthier each week. It feels better now than I can ever remember and I look forward to even more progress. Plus everything is all natural!

Everything that Brennen Hamilton said was ABSOLUTELY accurate in my opinion. I did to get the procedure about 5yrs ago and have been very reluctant to go back do to not actually having away to ensure myself that he's doing the actual amount that is supposed to be done.

I regret going to Bauman.He and his management team left me with the greedy impression. Dr. Bauman's procedure came out nothing like we spoke about. It's been a while and his technique has created more damages for trauma to my natural hairs. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Find someone who will actually care about the impact on their technique rather just making his coin.

I went to Bauman medical group after losing 50% of my hair due to COVID and stress. His PA explained that PRP treatment would promote hair growth. I met Dr Bauman for 10 minutes who told me very arrogantly that he doesn't perform the treatment his PA does. He was rude and unsympathetic and unprofessional. No one  mentioned to that the PRP treatment would cause more hair shedding. The PA did not tell me the numbing injections would cause my heart to race. In conclusion I would not recommend Bauman Medical. There are numerous dermatologists that perform PRP.

Just had a Trichological treatment with Kimberly and my scalp feels so good. She is amazing! My hair feels fresh and healthy.
