Any forms of social media in general and just all forms of social media all always ever actually existing in general(YouTube, MySpace, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) aside from just this one very type of social network of Facebook itself all alone in particular should all always make sure that any forms of online resources in general and just all of the forms of resources all always ever actually existing all throughout the internet themselves all as a whole in general(websites, web links, etc.) that all always ever actually talk about anything at all in general and everything all always ever actually relevant to Baptist Health itself all alone in particular are all always actually able to be made sure to be kept as updated as possible and all always translated into all foreign languages in general and all. Therefore, in this way, all of those forms of online resources themselves all as a whole in general(websites, web links, etc.) will all always actually be able to be made as simple as possible to navigate for any types of users and researchers in general and just all forms of users and researchers in general regardless of their own forms of learning styles in general(visual learners, auditory learners, etc.) and let alone, most especially even, that all of those forms of online resources themselves all as a whole in general(websites, web links, etc.) are all always actually able to be made as simple as possible to navigate through for any types of users and researchers in general and just all forms of users and researchers in general regardless of their own forms of learning styles in general(visual learners, auditory learners, etc.) no matter how many times it os that any of those forms of online resources in general and just all of those forms of resources all always ever actually existing all throughout the web themselves all as a whole in general(websites, web links, etc.) are all always ever actually updated in general and everything.
⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointing experience with Baptist Health’s billing and patient experience departments. After multiple attempts to get help correcting a medical bill, no one returned calls or answered the phone. When I finally reached billing, I was incorrectly told that fixing an insurance claim would be “fraud.” This was later confirmed as completely false by my insurance company and other medical offices. My insurance company even called Baptist Health with me to resolve the issue, and they still refused to help. When told the process was legitimate, the response was simply, “You’re right. We won’t do it.” That says everything. To Baptist Health leadership: This is not patient-centered care. Calls go unanswered, misinformation is given, and patients are left without support. Because of this experience, I will never return to a Baptist Health facility and strongly encourage others to be aware of their billing practices.
It’s pretty awful!! Run away as fast as you can.
I’ve found out a simple flu test costs over $1000 at this joke of a facility. This was never disclosed or discussed at the time of my visit and I had zero copay with my insurance. A month later I receive a bill for $500 after they billed my insurance $1031. Legalized scam artists from A to Z. Check with your insurance thoroughly before checking yourself in here. Otherwise just get another can of soup and go back to bed.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ World-Class Care at Miami Cancer Institute Wow! Miami Cancer Institute is truly a world-class organization. The level of professionalism, compassion, and expertise here is unmatched. It’s evident that extensive training and procedures are in place to ensure every patient receives top-tier care. From the moment I walked in, every staff member I encountered was incredibly kind, attentive, and highly skilled in their role. Although my case was not as serious as some, I was still treated with the utmost respect and care—like I truly mattered. The dedication and warmth of the entire team made all the difference in my experience. Beyond the exceptional care, the ambiance of MCI is almost like a high-end hotel. The serene environment, beautiful design, and even live music—whether it’s a pianist, harpist, or singer—create a calming and uplifting atmosphere that enhances the healing experience. I also came across a mesmerizing jellyfish tank that swirls so beautifully—it was incredibly calming and added to the peaceful atmosphere. I want to thank all the doctors and nurses who cared for me while I was a patient. Your kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed, and I am truly grateful for the exceptional care I received. For anyone considering treatment, I highly recommend MCI. You’ll be in the best hands possible!
The new Baptist Urgent Care on 136th is amazing! I visited them on 9/22/24 with a head wound which had been treated in Germany but required six additional staples to stop the bleeding. Dawnta Jerquonn Gaines, PA, was so professional & kind while treating the wound. The bleeding stopped. Then I asked her about my ankle which had been swelling and was sore since I turned it in Austria two weeks earlier. She ordered an X-ray. The very kind receptionist who is also an x-ray Tech took (I'm should have written down her name) was also very empathetic and kind. After confirming a bone was broken, PA Gaines, proceeded to build a cast-like boot and said it was temporary, that I should see an orthopedist as soon as possible. I still have a sturdy boot on my left foot/leg. Then on 10/02, I went back to the Urgent Care to have the staples and stitches taken out. Isabelle Berkhuizen, PA, continued with the same professional & kind treatment. Because I was apprehensive about pain, she made sure to inject Lidocaine in the very sensitive area before removing the stitches. Again, a different receptionist exhibited a very caring manner. I am so grateful this new facility is so well-staffed and equipped. Thank you Baptist Hospital!
Bad hospital!!! Workers working slow, you guys don’t have enough employees, more than 20 people sitting in the lobby for 3 to 4 hours without any answer, they take my blood and then they make me sit in the lobby for 1 hour with needle in my arm it hurts so bad , the front desk people are so rude!! This is a terrible place!!!
I just had surgery at the South Miami Hospital. My surgery was squedule for 10AM. It only happened after 3:30 PM. They knew all surgeries would be delayed, but they did not call the patients to tell them to arrive later, I was at the hospital since 8AM as instructed by them. If it was just the only problem I would not complain. The big issue is that I needed pain medication for after surgery. They did not ask which pharmacy I wanted to pickup the medication, they sent the prescription to a pharmacy that closes at 7PM. At that time I was still at the hospital. I begged to have one unit of the medication to bring home since I was in a lot of pain and the pharmacy would only be open at 9AM next day. They denied it. It is cruel to make a patient feel excruciating pain and do not provide a solution. I’m completely disappointed with the disorganization and lack of empathy. “ Take a Tylenol or Advil, that was their orientation“. These medications do not help with my migraine, what good it would do to a post surgical pain?
I am thoroughly frustrated and disappointed with the level of service I’ve received from Baptist Health. When I see your TV commercials saying “you care” it makes me so angry. What a joke! Your centralized phone system is terrible and it’s impossible to get anyone to call you back. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for someone to contact me for a follow up to my MRI and nothing. I’ve emailed and called and have yet to receive any response. You obviously don’t care about customer service or patient care.
I just called Baptist Health to refill my blood pressure medication. The operator, who should have all my personal information and records, told me that he did not have access to them... I had to provide all this info again, otherwise they do not process anything. Is there a reason why Baptist want to make life miserable to its customers by being inefficient?? Have they heard of seamless customer service and agile organizations? I guess not...

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
