My wife Aleksandra I had our baby Sofia here on 102021 it was an AMAZING experience. The nurses are beyond professionally passionate about what they do for others. We have met over 12 nurses here on 2 1 week stays and they all make you feel loved ❤️. Thank you ladies

This place is an absolute nightmare. I was scheduled to have surgery on 102821 today to remove my gallbladder. Since the day I scheduled my surgery Tuesday 101221 I’ve been receiving HARASSING phone calls from the billing department demanding payment. I hadn’t even had the surgery yet and they were calling to collect money for services not rendered. Every time I called to get answers to questions I had such as coverage andor payment plans I was transferred to another department where no one could answer my questions. I’d call once and get transferred at least 56 times in one phone call. When they told me their anesthesiology department was contracted and didn’t take my insurance they told me to SOURCE MY OWN ANESTHESIOLOGIST. I’ve never heard of such a time in my life. I didn’t even know where to begin. So of course I called the hospital again for help like any sane person would do and proceeded to not only get transferred 100x but also yelled at by their incompetent staff billing intake lab etc. You name it they’re stupid they get defensive when you challenge them for answers but yet demand payment for services not rendered and then refuse to provide a detailed invoice for the money they want. If I’m paying you I want a physical bill to look over. Let me add that I have great health insurance and this garbage facility was treating me like I didn’t have health insurance and I was required to pay everything up front. I ended up CANCELING my surgery because I physically couldn’t handle the incompetence harassment and all around bad vibes they give off. If I was getting harassed for money before I even had the surgery what would my life be like after the surgery. I am now in search of a new doctor affiliated with any hospital other than Boca because I will NEVER ever have any type procedure here. This place is a scam. Do yourself a favor and find a different hospital if you want to maintain any type of sanity.

Where to startThis is our third son but first time at this hospital.The doctors and nurses are amazing they took care of my wife like she was a queen.Wife was worried as it was a C section they stayed with her and were patient and caring the whole time all I can say is thank you thank youYou guys are the bestSpecial shout out to Doctor Lubekin a real caring and patient doctorNurseAnnetteMaricioGlendaAnd all the other ones that I don’t know by name you guys truly are so deserving of the title care taker Thank you

I took my mother to be treatedThe GI doctor was not available on that day and they refused to let me stay with my mom knowing she is a 70 years old and traumatized and zero chance to communicate because of languageWhen I try to leave and go to another hospital they refused to hand me my discharge paper so they force us to stayVery disappointed and mistreated

Never again. 10 hours to wait for a CT. Nurse did not respond to questions about the medications that the Dr prescribed. Refused to print test results when discharged and on and on.

STAY AWAY from this Greedy hospital My wife delivery was scheduled for morning and has been rescheduled many times due to full capacity at hospital....When left the hospital seemed all good as didnt charge me for this time at the day wasted.After a month billing department came running after this money even that I never got service plus they have wasted our day...Money Money Money Money thats all they care about
