I normally don’t leave comments but this place saved my life and I feel obligated to share my experience. I have been a struggling with alcoholism for 17 years. I have tried to stop several times in the past. I have endured life threatening seizures trying to quit on my own. I have detoxed in hospital and was treated less than as if I was making a choice to continually hurt myself and everyone who cared for me. I finally heard of Boca Recovery Center. I did my research and knew I needed an inpatient rehab facility that offered a medicationassisted Detox. What I found was much much more. I was treated with compassion and kindness. The staff knew my struggle their empathy and love gave me the courage to stay and do what had to be done. I learned that alcohol was merely a solution to what I truly suffered from. My therapist was able to put me at center of my own recovery. I was empowered and encouraged by her on a daily basis. If you have never been to a drug rehab or you have been to dozens of treatment centers I implore you to call. You will know the moment you talk to them that this is where you belong. I am currently continuing my treatment in their outpatient rehab program. I am truly living a life beyond my wildest dreams. Thank you to all the people who believed in me and continue to believe in me at BRC.
