Quick and dismissive, decided himself that I wasn’t in the amount of pain that I’m in. I can’t even walk and said because I had a friend visit me in the hospital I just couldn’t be in the amount of pain that I was in. Please if you want an actual dr that listens to you DO NOT GO TO HIM

Dr. Ress an exceptional specialist . He has helped my whole family. for several years . My daughter has had chronic ear issues which were resolved by Dr. Ress . He is very patient and great with children. He is also extremely competent with an impressive educational background . Fantastic doctor!

Dr. Ress is the Best ENT. I was suffering in pain with a bad ear infection, I contacted his Office and I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours. I was seen by him and received excellent care. I cleaned out my ear, gave me directions on how to clean my ear in the Future. He was friendly, polite, Courteous, an all around great guy and dr. I highly recommend him to anyone who requires an ENT. His Staff was also friendly, helpful, polite and Courteous. They told me that if I should have any more problems or questions to call

Had a very disappointing visit to Dr Ress. Didn't feel he was listening to my problem. It seemed he was more interested in making money. Just don't waste your money and time with this doctor.

My experience was absolutely positive. Starting with his staff--especially Karen that went above and beyond accommodating me. He listened to me, gave me a thorough exam and recommend that I see a neurologist. I would not hesitate to send any of my friends or family to him

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I was an existing patient. I am having an issue that is causing pain. They offered me an appointment the next day. I showed up and told them that I have new insurance and that I have the group number but have not been issued a policy number yet. I told them that I will have it in 1-2 days. Right away the staff was confused as what to do. I offered to pay the cash price up front and that we could figure out the finances with insurance once they had the info. They disappeared for a while , then Dr. Ress scurried out of the office with his head down. A minute later, a staff member calls me up and announces that he won't see me until after I am assigned a policy number! Again, I am an existing patient who is in pain, and i told them that. The woman who told me that Dr. Ress won't see me, told me to go to an emergency room! I told them that I won't be coming back and she said, "ok". I stormed out. This is obviously a doctor who does not care about his patients! I offered to pay him up front and to work it out later. What kind of doctor would refuse to see an existing patient who is in pain???? Bottom line, fins another ENT, Dr. Ress is not a good person!!!
