This orthodontist was the best my smile came out perfect. The staff was very friendly and they would always attend you fast. Overall experience was AWESOME!!!

Nice office and doctor but unfortunately didn’t live up to the expectations. This may be the fault of the front desk clerk. My mom is a patient and I think after signing to pay ~5k dollars you’d expect to be treated better... She got the braces put on one day (with a nurse that seemed more interested in the TV than anything, mind you) and literally after eating something soft the next day it came off. She tried calling one day, left a voicemail, and no one got back to her. My brother called on a different number and he was quickly attended. After finding out it was her, the woman on the phone was rude to her. This wouldn’t be an issue if you’re not handed a list of rules and regulations and fees if things are broken frequently, you come in late/cancel an appointment, cancel treatment, etc. It’s also painful.Funny enough, my husband is needing braces and my mom was going to refer him but it got us thinking about this office twice…

They’re back service is great but the customer service in the front which ever young rude lady that answers the phone on Tuesday around 530 she nasty and she need phone Adequate because she doesn’t have any and you have to go through the front to get to the back keep that in mind.

So far so good! My daughter (9) and I (35) started treatment about 6 months ago and we're very pleased with the results so far !! I can't wait to see the final results! I trust Dr Santelli !!!
