List of Cardiac Arrhythmia Services's Reviews
Dr. Rosenbaum is extremely clear-messaged and listen to patients and is kind.
Poor customer service, no return phone calls, careless staff. No test results provided.
EDIT: I would like to add an update to my review. I had my surgery with Dr. Kloosterman, and he is an amazing surgeon. Please don’t let the office staff deter you from seeing him. I rarely leave reviews but this one is deserving. The doctors and people are very sweet and professional when you are IN PERSON. However, even though they get paid to answer the phones - you can NEVER get a hold of somebody. My scheduled upcoming surgery wasn’t approved by insurance (due to this office’s error) and despite calling them 19 times yesterday and waiting on the phone for over an hour and a half, it was not resolved. I called again today, waited in the queue for 35 minutes (started as caller number 7) and as soon as I got to caller number 1, I got hit with a “we’re experiencing unusual call volumes” voicemail. A doctor’s office should not have this reputation of answering the phones. I read about their answering complaints in the reviews before booking my appointment, but I assumed it was a hospital, so not answering would be a given. However, this place is a DOCTORS OFFICE. There’s no reason they should be so bad at answering the phones.
I had 3:15 appointment to get TWO stitches removed. Here I am at 3:50 having seen people walk in and get taken back and leave! Who knows about the care quality! The receptionist could give a !
On August 29, 2025 I had a pacemaker inserted by Dr. Murray Rosenbaum. I am 75 years old. From the moment I walked into the surgery center, until I left, I had excellent care by Dr. Rosenbaum and his fabulous staff. I highly recommend this practice. I am so grateful that I found Cardiac Arrhythmia Services and I am thrilled to say I feel fabulous. Thank you, Dr. Rosenbaum for your superb care. Can’t wait to see you for my follow up visit. I am so thankful and grateful to you once again! Karen S.
Bad services , they harrase their patients and treat them poorly
They are very mean there, and treat people poorly. The medical assistants are rude.
I have been a patient of this practice since 2021. The doctors I've dealt with are Rosman and Kloosterman. I have always had good experiences, and I would highly recommend this practice.
The peace of mind that I have from the incredible care and caring from all of the medical personnel at Cardiac Arrhythmia Service cannot be measured. Kindness, expertise, and patience are intertwined. Gratefulness is too shallow of a word. Indebtedness comes clise
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience here was frustrating. I waited nearly two hours past my appointment time, only to get my blood pressure and EKG done. I never saw a doctor or an NP. I left without a diagnosis and no next steps. They scheduled me for a tilt test in May and never told me my doctor was out of town. I was promised a same-day call with results that never came. After following up multiple times, someone told me to start a medication, then later said they had no record of that. My doctor was gone for over a month, and scheduling was a mess. I’ve since seen a different doctor in NYC and finally got some answers. I would not recommend this office. Poor communication and lack of respect for patients’ time.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
