Terrible experience. Dr. Kubiak is a knowledgeable physician - I have been a patient for many years. Her office nurse Vallery , is extremely rude at all times and is horribly short with patients, not professional nor caring! Dr. Kubiak simply leaves the room once she is done doing her work and does not indicate that it is the end of the appointment.She treats patients as a number, giving little attention and time. My last visit I asked to see the Doctor again and she did not have an extra minute to talk to me. Her assistant, Vallery, is awful as well. I am changing doctors.

Dr. Carolyn Kubiak is the best of the very best Doctors I have ever known. I would not be walking this earth today had it not been for Dr. Kubiak’s being so very thorough in her examination and the tests she ran. She is also connected to the very best specialists a person would ever need to live a healthy life.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kubiak since early 2006. I love how personable she is, making me feel comfortable at all my visits. I show up early because 9 out of 10 times Dr. Kubiak is coming to the waiting room to bring you back on time. I feel she genuinely cares about my heath. She always asks about my family, who are also her patients. Dr. Kubiak has had the same nurse, Valerie, by her side for several years, who is very sweet and never makes me feel rushed. And a shout out to Christy, Dr. Kubiak's receptionist, who is very nice and professional on the phone.

I can't totally disagree with the review from Jun 23, 2020, but those issues do not affect my rating or my willingness to recommend Dr. Kubiak. The staff hasn't really been rude to me, and they do seem to effectively communicate, even if via paper charts.

Front Dest Carolyn is HIGHLY rude, called twice to be place on hold then hangs up. i woudlve been a new patient but im not even going to bother at this point

Excelent Doctor.. Professional and really caring with her patients. She is really knowledgeable!!! Love her I will never change her.. Please ignore the the M.A sometimes she thinks she knows more than the doctor.

Always on time and very professional! She always gives me time to ask about any concerns I might have. Things move quickly but never rushed. I have been a patient of Dr. Kubiak for over 20 years and would highly recommend her to my friends.
