We went am seen Dr Loutfi and was very pleased with him and his staff. The office stuck to their appointment time, very efficient and exiting staff was also very nice, helpful and it was such a pleasure after having such a horrible experience with another pulmonologist. Thank you 😊

I had lung cancer. Dr. Loutfi found it 10 months later. After surgery I had Catscans for almost a year. Every time he said he found water in the lung. He refused to remove it. I finally got intouch with my surgeon at Sloane Kettering. My Dr. said it has to come out. I found another Pulmonologist to take it out. I would not recommend this doctor!

I found the Doctor and his staff to be highly professional and caring. This supply chain crisis regarding CPAP masks - after the recall of Philips masks sent everything into a tail spin - is not his fault and his staff has worked very hard on my behalf to try to get me a mask.

My tale of frustration. November 2nd was referred by my internist. I promptly called “November all booked, call at end of month for December” “Can I make an appointment now?” “Sorry, schedule is not open yet” “So, when I call I should be able to get an appointment?” “Absolutely” November 24 “We are all booked in December, would you like another Dr.?” “No, I was told ... “ “Well he is only doing TeleHealth, but if you call back next month”. “What if we do this dance again?” “We don’t know, but you can have another one “ “No thank you, I am not giving my business to a Dr.s office that operates this way. Now, you know what to expect.
