I appreciate every worker at Childrens Dental Place! Andrea is always amazingly helpful and kind. My teenage son has always had a great experience. They have really taken care of his teeth. Thank you again!

I recently took my children to Children's Dental Place, expecting a caring and professional environment suitable for young patients. Unfortunately, our experience was quite the opposite. My children were treated by Dr. Michelle Handle, a female dentist and co-owner of the clinic, who seemed to lack empathy and genuine concern for the well-being of her patients. Both of my kids experienced significant pain during their treatment, and Dr. Handle completely ignored their cries and continued the painful procedures without any attempt to address their discomfort. When I raised my concerns, she dismissed them and blamed my children and me, insisting there was no pain involved. Her arrogance and lack of compassion were truly disheartening, especially in a pediatric dental clinic. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to be cautious and, if you still decide to visit, opt for the other dentist.

I brought my daughter to the dentist today for her first time. We saw doctor Michelle. What a lovely woman. My daughter had a great experience. Reception was so lovely and the assistants were so nice. I'm really happy we found this dental practice. Thank you very much!

If i could give this place -10 stars i would because they don't deserve even one. If you are coming to this dentist please be prepared to separate from your child no matter how old they are or if they speak English. The staff will tell you that they do it so the children can cooperate better, but they are actually terrified and complying because they don't have parents in the room advocating for them. My 8 yo son came out terrified the second time we were there because they had done a procedure without my consent. He said he gagged and threw up a little in his mouth and they didn't stop or show any concern. Not to mention they didn't mention they would do what they did to him while he was already in the chair. he came out with red eyes like he had cried intensely and when I asked what happened the girl who walked him out said "oh he's fine!" ... PLEASE stay away from this place. They have no business separating parents from their children during the procedures, going into dental appointments is intimidating enough and to force parents to separate from their anxious children is wrong.

If you are looking for your young child to lose their front teeth because the dentist is anxious to collect insurance go immediately to that place. Thank you for the infection of 1 month and the crying of my daughter. for that they are the best. It is incredible that the day after her procedure my daughter had an infection for a month. terrible place please run away.

It was our first time seeing this dentist and we absolutely loved him. My kids felt safe, everyone was friendly, patient, and they provided wonderful customer service. i was extremely worried because they do not offer “gas” as an option while having a cavity filled . I did not think my 7 yr old would be able to sit thru it, but he did it, LIKE A CHAMP (with the help and assistance from some of the staff of course 😁) but everyone was so sweet and constantly reassuring me that my son was ok. we will defiantly be returning! THANK YOU!

I took my son here yesterday. This was the easiest appt. I have ever been to. We arrived 10 min early for our 3 pm appt and they took him back right away. A dental office that is on time? Unheard of. I could hear him laughing from the waiting room, thanks to the staff. He ended up needing a cavity filled- the doctor came out and explained everything clearly and quickly. The receptionist went over pricing and the filled it same day. We were in and out in less than an hour. So happy we chose to go here!
