Was not friendly, appointment was rushed, seemed irritated that I was there and talked to me like he was disgusted. However, the receptionist in the front lobby, Tatum was very pleasant, caring and sweet. It would’ve been nice to have her as the physician and not Dr.QueenOfNoHospitality.

I previously wrote a negative comment about Dr. Queen that I am unable to remove! I'm writing this review to apologize for my previous review! I wrote this review in the lobby of Quest diagnostics while waiting for my labs to be drawn. Keep in mind, I was exhausted and had been fasting since the night before! Once called to get my labs drawn I realized that I had forgotten the paperwork needed to have my labs drawn! I called Dr. Queen and he answered my call immediately and tried to assist me however it was my fault that I didn't bring the paper work. I was angry and I wrote the review! This was inappropriate on my part and I wish I had never done that! Note to self, never write a review when tired and hungry! I wanted to publicly apologize! Sorry Dr. Queen and thanks for keeping me on as a patient! Most doctors would not have been so understanding! After this occurrence, I highly recommend Dr. Queen to anyone, not only is he a down to earth guy, he is also compassionate and forgiving.

I wrote a previous negative comment about Dr. Queen and want to apologize! If I could remove this comment I would but once it is written, I was unable to remove! Dr. Queen is an excellent physician and went over my plan of care with me and explained exactly the reasons why he prescribed this individualized plan of care. It was my error from my previous comment and I am embarrassed that I even wrote it! The morning of my lab draw, keep in mind I was exhausted and had been fasting since the night before, I accidentally forgot the paperwork that I needed to bring to my appointment. I even called Dr. Queen from the lobby at Quest and he answered my call. He tried to assist me at Quest, however Quest refused to draw my labs without the paperwork! This was not his fault and he tried to help as best as he could ! I was upset and wrote this review in the lobby of quest while tired and hungry! Note to self, never write a review while hungry and tired because you'll end up regretting it! Sorry Dr. Queen and thanks for accepting my apology and keeping me as one of your patients. Not a lot of doctor's would have been as understanding as you!

Very easy and friendly! My primary MD advised me my testosterone was low and prescribed me testosterone injections... after consulting Dr. Queen who has experience in TRT (testosterone replacement therapy) he noted that my MD had over looked the fact that with the testosterone I should also be taking 2 other medications with it to keep it safe and healthier for me... he clearly knew more then my primary did about TRT... I followed his direction and got my blood work... down 60 lbs in 4 months! He’s awesome! I have energy again!

He had me make a fasted appointment and then never sent the paperwork to Quest Diagnostics. I sat there waiting for him to call back or advise and not only did he ignore my call, but sent a text message saying that Quest was stupid. He insisted on email and text communication. This is a shady doctor. A friend of mine reccomended him. If he can treat me, a friend of a friend, like this so easily, he surely can fo it to a general customer. I don't want anyone else to waste a day off work and stay not eating only to end up the victim of childish carelessness.

Dr. Queen treated me at the Memorial Urgent Care Center Pembroke Pines. He was very professional and well-mannered and I liked his mid-west/southern accent. He answered all my questions and laid to rest any other concerns I had about my condition. He accurately diagnosed me too as opposed to where I had just come from, a CVS Minute Clinic with a Nurse Practitioner who made me believe I was on the brink of having heart failure.
