Promised care for my father. Never arrived

Initially I was having trouble arranging for a Wuhan-Covid-19 test at my local pharmacy where I conduct all my business. Frustrated with the on-line procedure and failing again and again, I went to the store, reported my dilemma, but was told everything must be done on line as they were not set up to make in-store appointments.Thankfully and fortunately, I came across Quality Health Care - So. Florida Covid Testing in Boca. I called the location and rather easily scheduled a date and time for a test with a proficient staffer. When I arrived at the rear of the site, as explained in the directions given along with necessary documents needed, I was promptly and professionally greeted. My docs were reviewed and electronically recorded into the system by the on-site staffer. Everything was handled there and then and in a matter of minutes I was quickly tested and told my test results would be on line by midnight.I logged into the system at 5AM the following morning but there was a glitch in my data entry. I immediately called the office, as I was told to do if a problem arose, and left a message. Later, the staffer who made my original appointment called me back, indicated what had happened on my end, said the problem was cured, and my report should be in my e-mail box. It was exactly as promised!I can't say enough about the timely service, not only how patiently and thoroughly we were treated and prepped for the test, but how smoothly everything ran.Am I please with how everything turned out? You bet I am and I'm giving them and their staffers my gratifying stamp approval and offering my opinion of customer satisfaction...

We had to have a couple of timely COVID tests done for members of our family.  Their team was extremely helpful during a stressful time.  In addition they helped test our kids and did so in a gentle manner.  The turnaround time was great and was overall a great interaction. I would highly recommend them.

Our family is not easily impressed, Sandy our case manager didn’t skip a beat. Every one that passed thru our front door we professional and exceptionally trained in there field. Christine and Mullany our nurses along with Sylvia my father’s speech therapist were amazing. I will be using this service again.Thank you all for amazing care!

I am staying at a hotel in W. Palm Beach and I needed a Covid RT-PCR Covid test to travel to the Bahamas.  I called Quality Health Care Concierge at 7:30 pm and they were very professional and courteous and had a nurse to the hotel within 90 minutes and I got my results the following morning (overnight turnaround)!  Very professional.  Very courteous.  Would defineltly use them again.Keith K

Echo the last review 100%. RN was excellent, but administration was full of empty promises. Promises to call back, never answered the on call phone when gaps occurred, and then had amnesia about previous phone conversations. In the end they dropped us after a hospitalization with no phone call because they didn't want to come out one time per day. If you have basic need for home health they will probably suffice but when the needs are gray area or above and beyond you NEED to look elsewhere.

The nurses were very good. The management leaves much to be desired. After treating me for several months with no problems; I was hospitalized for 4 days. They had renewed me with Medicare just a few days before the hospitalization. When I came out, they abruptly cancelled me. Ostensibly they claimed the balance of the renewal because the new agency had difficulty starting with Medicare. They were told I was still covered by Five Star!

My family and I are abundantly thankful for the amazing care provided to my father. Jenna, the companion was amazing! She's smart, nice, and extremely helpful.
