Dr. Jacobs came highly recommended from multiple doctors and now I can understand why! She is extremely thorough in asking many questions and spent a lot of time getting to know me and evaluating me. I found her, and her staff, to be very kind, patient and caring!

Dr Jacobs is a GREAT physician, she helped me from the very beginning with my autoimmune illness, she has an amazing intuition for medical conditions. She follows up with me and recommended me great specialists for endocrinology and derma. I appreciate Dr Jacobs very much

If I could give 0 stars I would. Dr jacobs is by far one of the worst doctors Iv seen. She will not call back to just answer a question instead will only speak to u via telehealth. The staff there is rude and incompetent. If u need any sort of help or call back for anything good luck it won’t be provided. They claim to do referrals but never get them done. Always saying their “ system is down”. They do not uphold by HIPAA guidelines. Definitely would recommend to avoid this place!

Called the office for a semi emergency appointment and was told the doctor was unavailable but would give my phone number to her and she would call back. Needless to say, this is the third day and no callback from the doctor, her medical staff or a supervisor as I was told on the second day when I called. I would not recommend this practice and I will be seeking a new doctor in the future! Very disappointed with the way the situation has been handled. No regard for the patient's needs! 12/12/22...finally got an appointment which was to obtained test results, which no one called about, and was told the Doctor was running late, over an hour and still had two patients before me. I requested my medical records to be sent to me and proceeded to leave. The two other patents were also unhappy with her and also continually had problems. DO NO SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION FROM THIS DOCTOR...

Unless you have a 9-5 appt you are told to go to ER. Had appt which they couldn't find for labs only, they wouldn't fit me in, instead scheduled 2 weeks out even though I am 45 min away. No apology, nothing

Dr. Jacobs is my primary care physician. She is fantastic. She listens carefully and considers what I have to say and proposes multiple options, explaining the tradeoffs. She is engaged and attentive, professional and conveys investment in my health and wellness. She has made multiple good referrals and even followed up on my treatment by a specialist. She was also able to fit me in when I had an urgent need - TWICE. Best doctor I've had.

This doctor and her staff are uncaring and do not help their patients. Much needed appointment made 3 months in advance and cancelled last minute. As if that's not enough...I needed a referral to a specialist and that took 3 weeks. Finally, I get to see the specialist, but when the specialist sent the recommendation 3x on 3 seperate occasions by fax to Dr. Jacobs office, they said no record of receiving any of it. The referrals for much needed tests, and for xrays were neglected for over a month. I still haven't had my xrays done. I called her office, explained the issue a hundred times.....nothing happens. Asked to speak with the doctor, she's not able to return calls! Asked for the assistant, who's very nice and takes a message, but nothing ever changed for my healthcare. The guy who handles the referrals never takes phone calls. So, here I am 6 weeks later....nothing done. It sad, but healthcare in south Florida has gone down hill because of doctors and their uncaring staff like that of Dr. Jacobs. Where can I find a doctor who takes Humana that actually cares about my health?

Dr jacobs is very through and does spend plenty of time explaining her examination of my visit. I’ve benn seeing for 2 years very satisfied.

Doesn’t make much of an effort to understand or correctly guide. Quick to stereotype and not get involved with patient care. Shows little to no empathy or help understand of medical conditions processes. Doesn’t open computer patient chart till you leave the room.

Because I’m in pain sometimes and uncomfortable from arthritis and auto immune diseases, she says it’s not normal to be anxious and depressed, see a psychiatrist. Please understand that chronic issues create these undesired side effects. I already see a psychiatrist and he says Dr. Jacobs is avoiding proper patient care and responsibilities. Doctors like this make patients worse.
