Daniel Ganc's Online Review Report Card

The staff is unprofessional. They informed us at the last minute that the referral was not valid. I do not recommend this doctors office. The response given by the doctors office was completely in adequate. They failed to mention that they called me about an hour ago and completely banned my grandmother from coming to the office and canceled her appointment based on the Google results that I provided and at no time did the office manager Lindsey apologize for any mishaps. They are publicly apologizing now, because they’re on the spotlight. They responded quicker to the Google reviews than they did when we tried to contact them this morning. My legally blind mother also tried to fill out the paperwork prior to the appointment and their response was “ We will see what we can try to do “ from the referral coordinator Gilbert. Seriously what has this world come to???

I’ve been suffering with intermittent ear pain for close to two months. Dr. Ganc solve my problem, and I am now pain-free. I saw two doctors before seeing him, and he was the only one who thought to irrigate my ears which cured my problem. He is a good listener, friendly, patient, and professional.

Totally wasted visit. I waited two years to see an ENT. My upper sinus has been bothering me. I expanded to Dr. He gave me a prescription for my stomach! Needless to say it didn't work and I'm experiencing same symptoms. Charged REDICULOUS amount for NOTHING! Choose another doc if you need attention!

Dr. Ganc basically strung me along for months after a chronic sore throat. When you see him he is very aloof and strange and it seems like you are bothering him. After the 5th visit he finally recommended a throat biopsy and said his office would call to schedule. No one followed up so I called back a couple weeks later and an office worker apologized and said they would schedule it but and once again no one called. I finally got a biopsy done at CC and it revealed throat cancer. A good 3 months wasted with dealing with Dr. Ganc and now I am paying the price. Patients beware.

Dr. Ganc is always friendly, listens to you and answers all of your questions. His staff is very friendly and courteous. Each visit is enjoyable.

My family & I have been patience of Dr. Ganc for years. He’s office staff is friendly. Dr. Ganc listens to your issues doesn’t rush you out. If your looking for the BEST ENT look no further, Dr. Ganc is the best you’ll find him to be Kind, personable & provide excellent care. Thank you Dr Ganc for take now Ny care of me & my family.

If he had taken his time and thought out the possible reasons for my persistent sore throat that lasted months instead of going room to room in 10 minutes my situation could have been identified and treated much sooner . Saw him 5 times . Now dealing with the consequences. Run don't walk from Dr. Ganc.

First time seeing Dr Ganc. Awesome experience. His staff is very nice and welcoming from the moment you go into his office. Dr Ganc took time to answer all my concerns.I will be back to see him

Have been seeing Dr Ganc for over 6 years and recently several times over a couple of months to resolve a throat issue. He barely pays attention and lacks any bedside manner It almost seems like you’re bothering him. I will seek another ENT doctor
