Steals money and doesn't live up to his VIP agreement.Thief in the night. Misdiagnosed me caused major problems...nevertheless, never returned the $2000.00 fee after approx 3 weeks...his office lies that staff isn't in office.Now I have to to go to court.Hired attorney with files from other statements of doctors. stating his dysfunctional practice .He is an old mean , man and verbally abusive man. Got rid of him asap.Be careful, be aware. Medicine isn't what he practices.....thievery is his achievement.

Dr. Hevert and his staff are amazing.

Excellent - Dr. Hevert has been our Primary Care physician for over 22 years. He and his entire staff are qualified, caring and compassionate professionals.

I was recently admitted to Boca Raton Hospital with a heart problem, via the emergency room, and was so surprised to see Dr. Hevert come into my room, reassure me (his reassurances were fortunately warranted), and then once or twice a day for my three day stay he showed up, and he chatted with me about so many non-medical topics, beyond just checking on me medically, that I felt I truly had a friend., He is tremendously competent and goes into detail if you ask, but he is also caring and thoughtful.

We recently provided home care services to one of Dr. Hevert's patients and they were extremely satisfied with Dr. Hevert and his staff. The patient told our nurse that he has been a patient of Dr. Hevert for almost 20 years. it was a pleasure to provide home care services to that patient and we hope to provide home care services to another patient in the future.-Accessible Home Health Care of Palm Beach

This man cares abut making money - he has the audacity to offer "concierge medical services" when he in fact neglected my 89 year old mother rafter she fell, living alone and ended up hospitalized with a fractured pelvis. once more, I tried over t he period of 5 months to have him call me back, reporting all kinds of truly horrifying experiences to his nurse to relay to Hevert. He never took a single on elf my calls..... apparently, it did not even bother him that another elderly patient at Glades had given Mom opiates , nor did it bother him that an MRI from his own practice (ordered by another ethical Glades doctor) found Mom to be in cognitive impairment. Hebert should have made sure my Mother was formally diagnosed while under his "CARE" and he should have then prescribed medication to delay the progression of dementia. I am currently filing complaints with the state medical board of Florida against him and two other doctors at Glades, a medical center that he presides over. SHAMEFUL!

Dr. Hevert has been my PCP for many years. He is very knowledgeable, personable and easy to communicate with. I feel at ease with him as well as with his medical and office staff. Dr. Hevert has saved my life twice and for that I am grateful and thankful. The Boca Raton area is fortunate to have Dr. Hevert as one of its distinguished physicians.

Dr Hevert is one of the smartest, caring and compassionate doctor I have ever known. He is extremely thorough, and is attentive when I express my issue or complaint. I trust him with life and I feel blessed to have found someone like him to be my physician. His nurses and staff are also very pleasant and make me feel at ease during my appointment.

STAY AWAY! VIP RIP-OFF! Mom, who is 89, was Hevert's patient for 7 months. While Mom was hospitalized, Hevert's nurse did not know which hospital Mom was in: I had to tell HER! Then Glades never bothered to get Mom admitted to a room, leaving her in emergency until I stepped in from out of state, calling and calling! No-one from Hevert's practice brought Mom's meds to the hospital, either. Most seriously, Hevert never called me back about my concerns that Mom was in dementia. I called him for months! Hevert even had a brain MRI that his practice ordered, showing Mom was in cog impairment. AFTER Hevert, a neurologist discovered that Mom was in dementia / onset of Altzheimers. Mom should have been diagnosed by Hevert and given medication to delay dementia, but Hevert did not want to get involved. BTW, Glades "admitted" one of their very ill patients to my mother's house, following his major cancer surgery - this despite my objections that his presence would be too much for Mom.

Excellent Internist and five other doctors in the practice are also very good. Would highly recommend due to care and full service office including labs and other tests.  Jane W.
