what an unprofessional, terrible excuse for a medical office. The doctor himself is great, however, his staff SUCKS. They misplaced medical records a number of times and make up terrible excuses that don't even make sense. If I didn't have a history with the doctor I would have been long gone. However, at this point, I will be searching for a new endo. Absolute trash.

Dr. Levenson is the rare medical specialist who "thinks outside the box" I have been his patient for 15-20 years. His innate curiousity, his sharp mind, his vast general knowledge of the workings of the human body make him a stand out in the medical community today.

Dr. Levenson has been very thorough in his exams and has diagnosed conditions before they have become serious. He is very responsive to medication renewals. The office also responds in a timely manner to emails. They are also very good about calling if a prescription needs to be picked up. I am very pleased and have been using him for over 10 years!

Avoid this office like the plague.

I have been a patient of Dr. Levenson for many years as a type 1 diabetic. He is extremely intelligent, a very good communicator, listens to questions and answers directly and is otherwise the best physician I have ever been to. He replies to email questions and communicates with other doctors I visit. I can't say anything but the best for him.

My husband & I have been going to Dr. Levenson for many years. He saved my husband's life!!! He is extremely comfortable to speak with & explains everything. He asks questions, caring, & very thorough. We are so lucky to have found Dr. Levenson.

The office is filthy. Scheduling was beyond challenging. 72 hours after my visit, I had to email and call for my primary thyroid prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. The wrong prescription was phoned in. The only prescription phoned in was for the ONE medication I told the doctor multiple times I could not take as I had terrible side effects when taken in the past. I had also communicated this in advance with the scheduler when making my appointment. After 48 hours, still no reply to my email asking for the correct thyroid medication, the remainder of the lab and diagnostic prescriptions the doctor said he wanted to be done but apparently never wrote. A second email was sent asking to please send in the correct thyroid medication prescription to the pharmacy and email the lab and diagnostic prescriptions not yet received, in addition to leaving a detailed voice message with no callback. Regrets for not leaving as soon as I was in the exam room seeing the filthiness of the room, the floors, doors, and walls outside the room. There's more unpleasant news but trust what's been shared thus far will be plenty to make a decision whether or not you want to see this doctor and subject yourself to the opportunity for a similar or less fortunate experience..

Dr. Levenson's staff are completely incompetent and rude. Dr. tells them what to tell patients and I don't think they are even nurses or physician assts. Dr. Levenson has not called back with results. I would avoid going to this Dr. Our experience was extremely disappointing and aggravating. Gave us faulty information and hung up on us.

I saw Dr Levensin for a couple of years. He passed me on to his PA after multiple visits. They both missed that I have both Hashomoto's and Graves disease and focused on pre-diabetes despite the various classic text thyroid s&s i exhibited. a simple antibody test ir both would have revealed it all. when i suspected it was my thyroid because I had nodules and was dignosed years prior with hashimotos but because levels were fine i could not be treated despite the fact that i was symptomatic i asked if I should have my thyroid removed Dr. Levenson said that was too morbid. good thing I did not listen. I had my thyroid removed after I was hospitalized at Miami University hospital on the verge of a thyroid storm.. The surgeon found cancer. I am 100% back to normal now on thyroid hormone replacement. I now have TED, but it is being managed. ALL ends should order antibody testing for both Graves and hashimoto's especially in female patients along with the standard thyroid panel test.

It was initial consult for my thyroid condition about 5 months ago and I was impressed and pleased with Dr. David Levenson, He spent almost an entire hour going through my and my families' medical history, and was very thorough when explaining diagnosis. He is a knowledgeable, highly competent, compassionate and very kind person. Office has a very professional and friendly staff! I am very happy that I found an endocrinology specialty doctor whom I can trust with my well-being! I highly recommend Dr. Levenson!
