Diagnostic Centers Of America Boca Raton's Online Review Report Card

This location is horrible unprofessional on two different occasions they canceled my appointments and didn’t bother to call to let me know so I took time out of my day to go there and to find out they had canceled my appointment. How hard is it to call a patient and let them know they need to reschedule. When you go there and nobody knows what’s going on period . So if you plan on going here plan on having your appointment canceled or something else happen and them not let you know. I will never go back here and will not refer any people here either anymore.

They were friendly the facility was modern and comfortable the staff were super helpful and friendly and the wait time was excellent. Also social distancing and Covid precautions were taken. Would definitely go back

First Of all right when I walked through the door the receptionist Dianna had just dealt with a lady who was rather aggressive in her way of speaking and Dianna was very professional in resolving the ladies issues as well as mine I did not know that they do not do appointments over the phone or in office and the paperwork that the doctor gives you to take to the diagnostic centers of America is not in fact a appointment time.I explained to Dianna what was going on and showed her the reference code which was sent to me via text. She was very informative in stating that they do not schedule appointments at the diagnostic centers of America’s office and I did not even get the chance to say or ask what I needed to do and she immediately said she would take care of it and talk to somebody in upper management to see if she could get me in today. I Told her no worries I can work with just about anybody on anything as far as the scheduling goes but I had taken the day off to do the xray and CAT scan and she got me on the appointment list for today I had work calls I was taking care of and all kinds of other things going on and they worked with meas well as exemplifying professionalism and true compassion in a manner and that I have not experienced in the 12 years I have lived in south Florida Amazing staff and it Ranges from the front desk workersoffice supervisorrad techs and the cat scan techs If I could Give them a ten ⭐️ review out of 5 I would Highly Recommend this facility toAnyone who knows how to show respect and treat another Human being Thank you again CristinaDavionShawn and Dianna And staff for the hospitality

Boca Location unprofessional .. on two different occasions my appointments were canceled and no one bothered to notify me so I showed up for my appointment and asked why I wasnt notified and they just shrugged their shoulders. so if you want diagnostic imaging done at your scheduled appointment I would go somewhere else. Will not be going back here and will not be referring anyone anymore either

My last name is spelled Ibelli. The 5 rating I am giving your office In Boca Raton off of Boca Rio Rd is because of Lisa and Chris who did my test. Lisa was so welcoming and warm and just made me feel very comfortable. Chris was very nice and gave me hand to sit up.As for the checkin well that is a whole different situation. When I arrived there wasnt anyone behind the desk or so I thought. It is very hard to see behind the screen. I walked over to Window 1 and she told me I had to go there first. She was nice. The girl behind the checkin window was very unfriendly and did nothing to make that part good.Also screaming out the names of the patients to get back to sitting area for testing is so unprofessional. You should really change that

Everyone was friendly kind efficient and professional. Answered any questions asked. Everyone went above and the beyond especially the MRI technician. She helped put me at ease and was consistently checking on me to make sure I was okay during the procedure. Thank you to everyone for being in the front lines and putting yourselves at risk to help others especially during this craziness of this pandemic.

Great technicians. Efficient courteous. Explain everything try to make you as comfortable as possible. Request for cd copies is met with fast friendly service

Ive had to go to DCA for different reasons this year but every time I walk away amazed at how well this facility operates  East Boynton location.  The staff is always cheerful and helpful.  The lobby is well organized for social distancing and Ive never had to wait more than 23 minutes past my appointment time but usually am taken in early.  The facility is clean and the technicians are so nice and comforting.  This is a good place to go if youre in need.
