They don’t make doctors like this anymore. She is caring, thoughtful, very conscientious, and truly cares about her patient’s. I recommend her very highly!!! She is an amazing doctor, she saved my husband’s life.!!

I had an appointment with Dr. Delvalle. Upon driving to her office, my GPS stopped working so I called her office for directions. A recording answered & kept me on hold for 45 minutes while I was driving around lost in Boca. I even called her other office & received the same treatment on that line. They obviously don't care about their patients & have absolutely NO RESPECT for them since they ignore their phone calls. When I got there, instead of taking me next as I was late because they couldn't pick up the phone, they had the nerve to tell me I had to wait for 2 people before me to be seen. I would have been there before them if the office staff answered the phone. Another patient in the office told me he had the same problem with them. G-d forbid someone is really sick & they don't answer! I left. A wasted afternoon, not to mention the 45 minutes of gas I wasted because they couldn't pick up the phone for 1 minute to help me with directions.

Can you imagine if someone is really sick & needed help?There was another patient in the office who received the same treatment when he tried to call. I therefore drove around & around for 45 minutes looking for her office which I finally found tucked away on a small street. If they only answered the phone for 1 minute to help me with the directions I would have avoided all of this stress, not to mention wasting 45 minutes worth of gas! When I finally found my way there, the receptionist, instead of taking me next, which I would have been had they picked up the phone to help me with the directions, had the nerve to tell me that there were 2 people ahead of me. They added insult to injury by making me wait even much longer! I left.

Outstanding Dr. Vey unhelpful and rude personal in the office. Extremely sad as Dr. Del Valle is great but people like me will not longer go there due to the people that work for her

Dr Del Valle is a ENT at ENT and allergy associates of Florida. My experience was not pleasant after 2 separate visits (i try to give people a second chance just in case they are having a rough day). She Talks at you and not to the patient. She does Not involve you in the plan of care. She was Rude and if challenged or patient asked questions she becomes very aggressive and only resolve is “i can find you list of doctors if you are not happy with me”. After your visit with this doctor you are left with guessing or googling on the internet for clarity as she does not take the time to discuss or explain your health conditions or treatment options. I learned more from the schedulers that called to make my appointments. I feel bad for her patients that are not as clinical as myself without a medical background. Two separate times i asked for refill of my medications, and it was not ordered. If you are having any issues that require a ENT, do not look for help with Dr Diana Del Valle be
