List of Dr. Jarrod Friedman's Reviews
I have been going to Dr. Friedman for chronic pain management for four years. He is professional is kind and has empathy and patience for his patients. Meghan his PA has the same attributes as the doctor. His office staff is both courteous and knowledgeable regarding their positions. I would recommend Dr. Friedman to anyone who needs help with uncontrolled acute or chronic pain.management.
First time meeting this doctor and I thought he was very rude. He kept interrupting me as I was sharing my story about my pain. I’m a professional and he was not professional at all. I waited 3 hours to see him and he spent 5 min with me. I was not impressed at all. I would never trust him to treat me after meeting him. He is not smart at all. I even saw a patient come in and ask for there records. They said to his staff i’ve called over and over and they never received there records. Any patient who wants there records is completely entitled to them as they are there records. What kind of doctor’s office takes there time with releasing the records to that patient or just even doesn’t give them to them. After speaking to other people that I’ve met he has a bad reputation in the community and I would not recommend this doctor or office staff. I’ve also now heard he can’t keep his staff because he is so mean to them.

Having a paramedicine and psych background it is of great importance for me to find a physician who is compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable, actively listens and spends time with his patients. Dr. Friedman's services fill this need; I have been utilizing Dr. Friedman's services for Chronic pain for over 5 years. His care has certainly made a difference in my quality of life! Wonderful staff, and he hired a fantastic Physician's Assistant, Megan! Dr. Friedman runs a tight ship; frequent urinalysis to check opioid levels, med count, and expects you on time (If you are not on time the whole patient schedule is thrown off. You will most likely need to reschedule) Dr. Friedman is rarely behind schedule, but emergencies do occur; we are all human! I highly recommend Dr. Friendman and his PA, Megan.

Dr. Friedman is a very arrogant doctor. He makes you waited 2+ hours and in the waiting room patients were crying in pain. He doesn’t care about his patients. It’s all about money to the doctor. Luckily I never had procedures by him but I did have several visits to discuss my pain. On the first visit he lets you the patient speak but on the my visits with him after that he doesn’t let you speak and is very rude if you ask questions. I only had about 4 visits with him, and each time he was horrible. He was vert uninterested and often bashes other doctor in front of you. No wonder he had problems with his past partner. The office is poorly run. They don’t return calls unless they want money from you. He is so unprofessional and he acts like he is the smartest doctor out there who is the only one who can figure out why and how you are in pain. Well that’s not true he is not the smartest and many other doctors are capable of figuring things out and treating patients successfully. He can’t keep staff very long in his office because he treats them awful too. I would stay clear of the doctor. Check out his license (which is very important) before you decide to go to him and read the bad reviews. They are real unlike the good reviews that he and his wife write. He couldn’t even get into a medical school in the US. Find a doctor that cares about you because you will find out very quickly that he doesn’t.
Dr. Jarrod Friedman was excellent from the word GO. He was extremely helpful and understood my long term goals and guided me in the right direction with wanting to fix the problem and not mask it. His sense of humor is fantastic and his staff is extremely helpful and caring and on point. Denise was so helpful, as well his PA Megan Lucas-Pratt. I am very grateful to find this practice and the quality of care that was provided. Absolutely adore Dr. Friedman and his staff. A+

Dr. Friedman is an unbelievably gifted doctor. My husband has seen other physiatrists over the ten year span that he has suffered with various back problems. No one could find a solution. It was always pills and injections, and nothing helped. Dr. Friedman does not give up. He explores many different avenues to find solutions. He is a skilled diagnostician. He doesn’t need a report to read an MRI or CT scan. He reads the scan itself and explains things to us as he views the scan. He explains things in layman’s terms and always asks for our input and answers our questions. Most importantly, he loves his work and cares about his patients. He is a “real” doctor. We are grateful to him for his caring and compassion, and we highly recommend him.
Rude, not a good listener, doesn’t let you speak, waited hours. Horrible doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
