Enrique Hernandez Sanchez's Online Review Report Card

My son has been seeing Dr Hernandez for almost 5 years now and the doctor is okay. My 2 cons about the office is showing up early for your scheduled appointment and not being seen until 2 hours later that's ridiculous and my son is on the spectrum to be having him wait that long. My second con is the office scheduling you for an appointment 2 months in advance then calling you 1 week before to tell you the doctor won't be in his out that week. I think you will be losing my son and two daughters as your patient. I don't recommend this office to anyone who's child is on the spectrum.

Absolutely, absolutely one of the most professional, thorough, awesome doctors I have ever seen. He was so thorough and checked off every single box that he felt needed to help my child. I am so impressed. I would recommend this place to anyone. My pediatrician was so disgustingly lazy to not send a referral for over a week. Dr. Hernandez's staff literally was the one to help us get a referral. We had an appointment at 1 pm. They were so thorough with my child, they took the time to make sure she was taken care. So EDIT - the staff has shown their true colors. They don't give a hoot about your child. All you are, and your children are a number and a payment. I called to check if my child needed a referral three times over the last week before the appointment. They said NO, it was all good. The DAY before, they call and say we need one. Referrals take a few days and they KNOW that. Jackie, hearing how upset I was because my child has convulsing pain and waited two months for this appointment, did not show any care or concern. She did not offer any way to help the situation. Instead said "the longer you keep me on the phone"...when I asked her to do HER job to get the referral. So now, there's a good chance my child will be not seen now. BUT, the sad part is, this happened before. They turned me away with an "I'm sorry mom, but we can't see the child without a referral" and my child missed school, and didn't have her condition addressed.

Dr. Enrique Hernandez-Sanchez's and his staff is horrible the doctor is never in office he never calls you back for after hour the staff and himself Never follow up with the patients never get hospital records the fax machine never works you called for emergency appointment it's nothing never available please do not waste your time with this office my daughter was hospitalized twice the office never got her medical records from the hospital never called to check on her every time I call to make an appointment it's nothing available

Dr. Enrique Hernandez-Sanchez is very thorough, explains well and is knowledgeable. Our daughter listens to him, and pays attention to what he has to say.

Wait time was no longer than 10 min to get in, and another few min till the doctor came. We didn't feel rushed, he spent a lot of time with us, explaining everything, he was so great with the baby, entertaining her while checking her. He seemed professional and knowledgeable. We received all the information we need, written as well. We call a day after and missed the phone back but had a very detailed answer on the portal.
