Wait time was no longer than 10 min to get in, and another few min till the doctor came. We didn't feel rushed, he spent a lot of time with us, explaining everything, he was so great with the baby, entertaining her while checking her. He seemed professional and knowledgeable. We received all the information we need, written as well. We call a day after and missed the phone back but had a very detailed answer on the portal.

Absolutely, absolutely one of the most professional, thorough, awesome doctors I have ever seen. He was so thorough and checked off every single box that he felt needed to help my child. I am so impressed. I would recommend this place to anyone. My pediatrician was so disgustingly lazy to not send a referral for over a week. Dr. Hernandez's staff literally was the one to help us get a referral. We had an appointment at 1 pm. They were so thorough with my child, they took the time to make sure she was taken care. I felt bad because some Indian lady was SO nasty because they were a little behind in appointments. I'd rather them take their time with my child then rush them in and out like cattle. The staff even handled this obnoxious pig so professionally, letting her know that they were doing the best they could. If you don't work in a field and don't understand why or how it works, shut up and sit down. If you can't wait, just like 90% of these impatient people around here, stay home and diagnose yourself. 100% recommend Dr Hernandez. Make your appointment on a day you can be sure that your child will be seen and correctly examined without rushing them in and out. Love this office, staff, doctor, and all.
