Gary Wayne's Online Review Report Card

I called Dr Wayne’s office to get a bottom molar extracted. I asked to find out the exact amount I would owe after my insurance paid their part. They told me $126 is my co pay so I paid it in full before I even had the work done. When I went in I told the doctor that I was fearful of getting it done. He offered no sedation and gave me shots of novacaine instead. He kept getting angry because I was tense and he kept leaving the room (about 4 times). Finally after 2 hours it was done with my heart pounding out of my chest. I left thanking God it was over. Then, months later to my surprise I see a $117 bill sent to collections after I had paid the bill in full. So this office sent a bogus $117 bill to collections which ended up damaging my credit for a $117 bill I never owed! No FAIR! And, the doctors front desk lied about the original amount I would have to pay. ( bait and switch) The doctor wasn’t even nice to me by leaving the room in anger was quite insulting! He should have offered me sedation if he doesn’t like to deal with a patient who is fearful. And believe me I wasn’t giving him a hard time I was just gripping the chair the whole time. If they wanted more money they should have told me about it before the procedure. Believe me there are better oral surgeons who do great work and know dental work / surgery is stressful for the patient and who are pleasant and honest up front about the cost.

So far so good . I’m a new patient and quite impressed . The office is responsive to questions and after implant surgery received a call that evening from the doctor .

Superb doctor. Dr. Wayne explains everything very clearly then gets it done. The staff is excellent and always at Dr. Wayne's side to assist. This is a class act all the way. Very reasonably priced, as well!

I was in need of extractions and Implants. After several consults in my own home town in Texas, I spoke to a friend in Boynton Beach, FL and she highly recommended Dr Gary Wayne in Boca Raton. I have traveled from Texas to Boca several times and I am extremely satisfied with my results, worth every trip. Everyone in his office is professional, friendly , compassionate and informative.

This is the best dental surgeon ever! If I ever need to get something dental done, I will literally take a flight back to FL just to see him. He is amazing. Made me feel really comfortable and safe. I removed all my wisdom teeth with Dr. Wayne. Top Notch!

Dr. Wayne and his team of angels are incredible. From the time I stepped into this office to after my surgery I have felt taken care of and comfortable. I went to Dr. Wayne for a second opinion on a surgery I was supposed to have that I would need to be put under for. Dr Wayne was able to perform the surgery without putting me under and did it easily and with precision. He calmed all my nerves from start to finish. The surgery was quick and he was caring and kind during the entire procedure. He called me after the surgery to see how I was doing. I also had almost no pain the next day and am feeling great. The staff were also so friendly, empathetic, helpful and understanding throughout my experience. I am so grateful I found this office. I would highly recommend them to anyone I know!!

I have been seen by Dr. Wayne more than once, not only is he very kind and caring, he is also very informative and patient. I had 3 extractions done. All were done with no pain just mild pressure as to be expected. I wish I still lived in FL. Best experience ever. Hands down he loves what he does and it shows in his work. If I ever am in FL and in need of some work I know exactly were to go. Office staff is wonderful and the place is beautiful and always very clean.

STAFF DOES NOT WEAR MASKS!!! Upon arrival, I asked the receptionist why she wasn’t wearing a mask. She said she has to be on the phone all day and people can’t hear her. There was a plexiglass partition, however, science has shown that COVID is airborne. So the waiting room was not at all a safe space for waiting. Upon walking in, to the treatment rooms, no other medical staff were wearing masks either. I felt so uncomfortable I left without seeing Dr. Wayne. Shame on this office in Boca Raton FL for disregarding the safety of staff and patients. So negligent. What a waste of time.

I would highly recommend this practice to all. This was the one and only time that I left a dental facility and thought to myself “That wasn’t so bad”. From the greeting I received upon arrival until post surgery instructions, I was very pleased. A big thank you to the staff for keeping me comfortable!!!

The staff in this office doesn’t wear masks!!!!! We left before we even met Dr Wayne. Have they heard of COVID at this practice?
