I give it one star because it doesn't give me the option of giving zero stars. In this clinic they have made me waste time and money, and not to mention the most important thing, which is delaying my immigration process. I came here to take the tests required by immigration when you are carrying out an immigration process. I trusted the place, I thought they were responsible and careful, but it is the opposite, they gave me incomplete results, and with an expired form (not updated), also they did not attach all the vaccines that immigration requested in a process like this. This was all incomplete, they sent it back to me, and they sent me a letter explaining everything that was wrong and needed to be corrected by the doctor who performed it. When I went to the doctor and I showed him the letter that immigration sent me, he proceeded to charge me in order to fix the things that they did not do well in this clinic (which was not my fault). Well, I paid because all I wanted is that my things go well and be able to send everything correctly. After a short time, the proofs from the immigration department were returned to me again, this time saying that the form was still expired and that the doctor had not signed the proofs that had been sent. I proceed to go back to the clinic and explain everything that happened, and I showed them the letter they sent me, it turns out that they told me that they do not believe that this has happened, that they are going to review my form and that they will contact me later, because since I went without warning they couldn't at that moment, taking things very irresponsibly and as if my situation were not delicate. Both the doctor and everyone who works with him are irresponsible, playing with people's time and with such important things. I regret having recommended this clinic to a family member to have their immigration analysis done, since unfortunately they will have to go through the same thing that I went through. And I regret having trusted this doctor and his clinic. They play with things as delicate as the immigration process. I believe that if this doctor and his clinic do not have the knowledge or are not up to date, regarding the tests that are required and the forms and updates of these that migration requires in their processes, they should not be carrying them out, wasting time for people and putting at risk something as delicate as a migratory process. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC OR THIS DOCTOR FOR ANYTHING. I CONSIDER THEM IRRESPONSIBLE.

In Mach three years ago, before the pandemic, I was not feeling all that goo and went to see Dr. T (which is what I call him). Not even 5 minutes into the visit, he came in the room and told me he had called 911 and the medics were outside the door. He apologized for not asking me but that I needed to go ight away. By the time I got to Boca Regional, the doctors were waiting for, the tests and procedure were already waiting for me. As it turned out I had a pulmonary embolism straddling both lungs. I was just a few hours away from dying. Had it not been for his quick diagnosis and reaction I would be dead. He saved my life.

I recently had an appointment with Dr. Gjogji T. and I must say that he is a good physician who genuinely cares about his patients. However, I am disappointed to report that my experience with the front desk staff was less than satisfactory. Despite being informed that my blood test results would be available within a reasonable time frame, I have been waiting for more than two weeks without any updates. This delay has caused me considerable stress, as I am eager to discuss the results with Dr. Gjogji T. and determine the next steps for my health. The front desk's unprofessionalism and lack of communication have significantly impacted my overall impression of the clinic. While I believe that Dr. Gjogji T. is an outstanding doctor, the administrative issues I encountered have made me hesitant to return for future appointments. I sincerely hope that the clinic's management will address these concerns and improve the front desk staff's performance. This would ensure that patients like myself receive the level of care and service that we deserve and that Dr. Gjogji T.'s excellent work is not overshadowed by administrative shortcomings.

There doctor is very knowledgeable and is willing to listen and help with anything.

They doctor listens to your concerns and is very knowledgeable. The staff is great.

The absolute best doctor! Wonderful manners, knowledgeable, kind and so so nice. Love the girls that work there too. They are so accommodating to your schedule. Make him YOUR PRIMARY!

I tried to do a simple appointment cancellation and your attendant got furious and using pressure said she couldn't cancel an appointment. This is moral and psychological harassment.

The staff was nice and the process was fast.

Incredibly lucky to have met Dr.Trnovski I was comfortable discussing all of my issues and received the full attention of the doctor. Thank you so much!

Dr. Trnovski has helped me like no other doctor ever has. I am so thankful to him and would never go elsewhere. If you want someone who truly cares, look no further. Dr. Trnovski doesn't look to medicate people, but to help with the true cause of the issue.
