Was referred by the Boca Raton Reginal for follow by Dr. David Rosenthal within the week, he specifically told me that Hospital Referrals are legally required to be seen within 7 days of discharge and this doctor is on the hospital referral rotation. Whoever is answering the phones was unprofessional and dismissing. She wouldn't schedule me AT ALL, not even for a few weeks out, or the next available appointment, and couldn't be bothered looking up my insurance. So strange. Just kept saying "I'm sorry, we won't take you." Sounds like the practice gatekeeper. What a weird place. Definitely "can't be bothered" attitude of the office. I did call the hospital to let them know that this place would not schedule me and was not a professional referral.

I met Dr arcelin for the first time he other day and had a great experience! He is professional and he listens to what you have to say and is a very caring Dr. More drs. need to be like him. He also makes you feel comfortable during the examination and explains everything that he is doing and why he is doing it. He was very thorough. I also like that he doesn't rush your appointment with him. His nurse Libby is very nice and sweet as well. They make a great team!! I will definitely be recommending my friends to use Dr Arcelin to be their Dr to treat them for their gynocological needs.
