I came in with a problem he put me on medication that did not help. I called office he would not call me had nurse call me to tell me to go someplace else. Down here 35 years never met should a rude Dr. I guess his practice is booming.

I just had RLE by Dr. Richard Cohen. It’s only been two days and I’ve already have seen major improvement. I do not need reading glasses to write this review. I am thrilled.

Dr. Cohen and I go way back. 22 years ago he did my corrective surgery. I have seen him only twice since then. Great testimony of his work. As long as he or his son is in practice this is the only place I will go for my eyes. And we all know how important our eyes are!!

The office staff was nice and the technician who did my tests was very patient with me trying not to blink. Dr. Cohen was very personable and explained everything to me regarding my condition and treatment and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the service I've received from my consultation through my PRK surgery. The wait time is very short, and they are very organized. Things are streamlined very well and you're given all the information needed to be well informed of what to expect. Dr. Cohen is very affable, and his staff is as well.

Please! Go somewhere else! The doctor doesn’t listen to your question and doesn’t explain anything to you. And he lost interest talking to you when you refused to do a preventative procedure right away. The assistant has a very bad temper! Don’t waste your time and money here. There are plenty of good eye doctors out there!

He is clearly knowledgable, but his arrogant manner and rudeness is a turnoff. I noticed one-star reviews for his for his behaviour, I can't quite do that as I believe one-star reviews should be reserved for ineptitude as well, and that was not the case with him. If you can tolerate his patronizing tone, you should be okay.

Very pleased with the experience that I have had with the office and service of Dr Cohen he took the time today to help me find a possible solution for the dry eye issue that has been going on for a year now, I highly recommend this office and the staff is top notch, very helpful and focused on helping. They do move fast but it's a busy office and I can see they are very thorough in looking for the right treatment.
