I am having a hard time getting a procedure done needing help with financial assistance in the insurance and billing department with my new insurance I can't seem to get call backs to all of my left msgs! I also need an approximate $ amount out of pocket this has been going on for 6 months. Very disappointment with office personnel. I love Dr. Sonderling but they won't let me speak to him without paying my copay of 75.00. Very professional and friendly, Dr Sonderling is a caring and thorough Dr. Who is expert in his field. I trust him with my life.

The front staff never called me back after 8 phone calls and I was in a flare up. My internist had to take over and help me. When the scheduler called me back she was very rude and said if I don’t come I can never come back. Horrific. Dr Sonderling was wonderful and really listened as well as taking the time to listen to my issues with Crohn’s disease. I was very grateful for him to be so helpful and present other comments to help my situation

horrible service I have been calling now for a month and I cant speech to anyone for a appointment. other day one call came to me to make a appointment for DR Howard Sonderling I said sure I need to schedule for the procedure quickly she said you need to call the office and in the office no body picks the phone.

Ah yes, the good old machines where no one ever gets back to you. Trying to deal with this office is impossible. Stay away and save yourself a lot of grief. Trust me.

Incredibly incompetent office. I had one office visit and didn't get my procedure scheduled until 2 months later. The referral from my primary care physician expired one full month before my procedure. Sonderling's office staff coordinator, Wendy knew that my referral would expire, but didn't contact me until the week of my scheduled procedure. I spent hours of my time on the phone trying to get another referral in time for my procedure, but I was never able to get it. They couldn't even get my prescription ready in time and I had to pick up over the counter medication. They had also sent someone to my house to take a Covid test for the medical center where the procedure was suppose to take place. This was all a complete waste of my time. His appointment coordinator, Wendy finally got another referral for me only to cancel my appointment the next day. Wendy then told me that Sonderling couldn't do the procedure until 2022 and that he would no longer do procedures on Thursday's and Fridays. I told them that was unacceptable, so they rescheduled me for December of this year. I'm done with them. They wasted my time and put my health at risk by failing to get me an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. I should bill them for my time. Don't waste your time with Sonderling.

My name is Diane R. I just had the most satisfying, incredible experience with Dr. Sonderling and his staff - especially Sharon, the Practice Manager. I had what I thought was an extremely serious condition. The professionalism and competency is something we all hope to get when having serious concerns about our health. Tests were set up immediately and results given asap. With Dr. Sonderling you get that and so so much more. The kindness and caring that was shown to me and my husband was something one could only hope for in these circumstances. Sharon, was also off the charts - caring and concerned. Not only did they always call when they said - but truly treated me like I was part of their family. Dr. Sonderling, Sharon and their whole staff is aces! I could not be more grateful to them.
