Jason Pozner's Online Review Report Card

I did an Explant with him. Amazing results! So impressed at how quickly and I healed and the staff was amazing :) :) highly recommend!

Dr. was never in the room more than 4-minutes with me any of my visits, including the moments before surgery. We never discussed CC's, just showed him a picture and whoosh he was off to prep for surgery. 6-months post-op I am the same size as before because he does not take the time to talk to patients. Every pre-op and post-op appointment has been a tornado of him entering the room, saying everything is beautiful and leaving. When I told him, post-op, there was pain he told me "pain is normal" as he was leaving the room, as he had been there for almost a minute at that time.

I was recently referred to Dr. Pozner's office by my own plastic surgeon. He actually acknowledged that Dr. Pozner may be a better consult for my concern. My doctor gave me his contact information and suggested I reach out. I called the office and spoke to Cindy. It felt like a wrestling match trying to schedule and appointment. I told her that my doctor mentioned a treatment called J-Plasma. She had never heard of it. Told me I was mistaken. When I attempted to explain it, she put me on hold. She came back to tell me she checked with someone else and that i am still wrong. Anyway, I went on to explain what it is I wanted to accomplish. She told me that their treatments were not suited for what I wanted. I was quite stunned. It was as if she was trying to avoid setting consultations. She told me, and I quote, "Our treatments aren't for what you're looking to do." Mind you, I hadn't even explained what I was wanting to do. I simply said "thank you" and intended to just ignore the whole event. Surprisingly, she said, "So, are you booking an appointment?" In shock, I said, "Well, it has felt like you were trying to talk me out of setting an appointment throughout this entire call." She hung up. Hung up the phone. Admittedly, I can be a pain sometimes, but I was SO NICE on this call because I was referred there by my own doctor and wouldn't have wanted to give him a bad name. This woman was horrible. I called back to get her name and another lady answered the phone. She was kind of surprised at how frustrated I was, offering to put me through to a supervisor. The supervisor was out of the office, of course, so I was told to leave a voicemail. Again, nobody even tried to get my name or number to help me. Perhaps Dr. Pozner is a good surgeon, but he just lost out on a cash patient because of the woman at his front desk. Just terrible.

Happy with my experience with Dr. Pozner. The pain was minimal. I had a breast explant by local anesthesia. I recommend for women who would like an explant!

Unfortunately I can’t evaluate his skills as a plastic surgeon, since I didn’t get to experience it, but my experience with his office is appalling. I had a consultation with Dr. Pozner and was pretty satisfied with what I heard. Called them to schedule the procedure and..was transferred to a surgical coordinator Lisa’s voicemail. Since then I left many messages, called different times and days and never got an answer or call back, asked the secretary to leave a note and let me know either way. Still nothing. I wonder if she even comes to work. So thanks to Lisa, I will be looking for another plastic surgeon, since this one doesn’t need my business. What a shame.

I am over-the-top happy with the experience I had with Dr. Pozner. The office is clean, updated, very nice and accommodating. The surgery staff are beyond nice and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with my nurse. It was a great experience. My surgery went amazingly. I had a breast augmentation. They look perfect and beautiful. So natural, and the size I wanted. Dr Pozner is a magician. So exciting, I feel like it’s a new beginning to my life.

Dr. Posner is truly an amazing surgeon. He and I together decided on a full treatment plan . He advised me , and guided me through every step of my lypo, now I am planning a second surgery after weight loss , we will address my excess skin and we are currently scheduling my tummy tuck. I can't say enough about the wonderful team.

Absolutely the best ! Dr Pozner along with Dr Kushner are top notch. I had a procedure done 20 years ago and that was phenomenal not to mention one I just had done last week … professional, treated like family, have your best interest in mind, clean, safe- from the front staff… Roslyn, Lisa, and the fantastic Danielle - who insured my pre and post op appointments were executed with great knowledge, care, patience, and love! I highly recommend for all the reasons stated above. Thank you all for making my personal goals a reality and making me feel so wonderful. Much gratitude and love!!!!

Dr. Pozner and staff have been wonderful from the first visit. Very personable and professional. I had a sculpting lipo procedure and Dr. Pozner did an great job. Would highly recommend.
