My experience with Dr. Katzell was an enjoyable one. The doctor really made me feel completely comfortable before I had my procedure. I was skeptical of getting neck surgery. But as I have stated, Dr. Katzell really made me comfortable with going through with it. And I'm glad I did.

Dr. Katzell is a real class act. He was kind, knowledgeable, & honest, and went above & beyond in explaining the extent of my injuries, and even brought in lumbar models as a visual aid. In the end, he steered me away from surgery, and made alternate recommendations because I'm still relatively young. If you're considering a surgical consultation, look no further.

They won’t see you if you don’t give them your entire social security number. Which is very odd. They lied and told me that the doctor was leaving at the exact time of my appt 3:40 and they close at 5pm. I saw many patients go in after the doctor supposedly left. I will be reporting them.
