List of Jodi Fiedler's Reviews
More of a patient mill than a doctor's office. No regard for patient's time. Can wait 1 1/2 - 2 hours to be seen. I was a little late to an appointment and I was "punished". I was told I would have to wait until everyone in the waiting area was seen before I could be seen. Have been a patient there for YEARS. No customer service. No loyalty. Taking my business elsewhere ( and sadly they do not care).
They wait is longer then actual visit . It’s not professional to not let patient aware .
The doctor is pleasant BUT the office staff does not know from customer service. The Dr. definitely does not value the patient's time. When things first opened post-COVID lockdown, no wait to be seen. Pre COVID lockdown and now you can wait 1 1/2-2 hours in the waiting area to be seen. Patients are double and triple booked every 15 minutes. It's more of a patient mill than a doctor's office. I would give zero stars if I could.
My doctor asked me to make an appt with Dr. Fiedler. The office manager said they refused to accept me as a patient because i saw another dr in their office 2 times previously. The dr in question retired from the practice and did not specialize in the area of treatment I needed. The manager just reiterated over and over "we accept some patients who saw a partner from the practice but we will not accept you. Makes no sense and that is what she said over and over. I asked her to explain and she just reiterated same thing. She said that I spoke over her and that the doctor wouldn't see me if I spoke over her. So that is the care or lack thereof you will get from this office.
I took my 3 girls today. We highly recommend her. She is very smart, explains things well, and makes my children feel at ease. Definitely worth the wait and when you need extra time, she always gives it without rushing. Definitely worth the wait. So appreciate her nurse Sabrina who writes down instructions and is always kind to the girls! Thank you!
Definitely would not recommend! I sent my daughter to this practice for acne on her face. Instead of calling your prescription in to the local Walgreens or CVS they insist that you use their own pharmacy. The practice must own Ocean pharmacy. The first day the pharmacy sent me 5 text messages to give them all my insurance information. Then they told me they don’t take my insurance Atena. Then I called Dr. Fiedler’s office and ask them to please please just call it into Walgreens or CVS. They left us a voice message That they will not call the prescription into my pharmacy they will only call it into ocean pharmacy. Then they referred us to Oceanview pharmacy. My daughter didn’t want to be bothered and was going out of town so she just gave up. Never filled the prescriptions for acne. What a waste of an office visit! Would never go back! Totally ridiculous.
I took all three of our girls there today. She is always very thorough, thoughtful, kind and explains things very carefully. Sabrina, her nurse, is always super sweet and helpful and writes instructions down for us which is always so nice!
Began bleeding shortly after i returned home. Waited an enormous amount of time to be treated or should I say butchered. Bleeding did not stop for hours. went to the emergency room to finally get professional treatment due to butchering
Went to her about 6 months ago. All I can say is that this was my first visit and I will never return. This office is only concerned with squeezing as many patients as possible in the day and caring less about each patient. I made my appointment months prior since I heard she was busy. I waited about 35 minutes in the waiting room and then an hour and a half in the examining room. I actually fell asleep in there waiting for this doctor and the lights kept going off. I also heard multiple people leaving the rooms asking where the doctor was. Once she finally arrived, she never once apologized for the wait and saw me for a whole 2 minutes. Furthermore, every single staff member was so rude. The funny thing is that I have since found an even more reputable dermatologist (Dr. Paul Frank in Miami and NYC) who does not make me wait longer than 5 minutes and has told me that Dr. Fiedler has told me incorrect things regarding my skin and I have never had better looking skin until now. She did nothing for my skin and her attitude was horrible so I will not return and will not recommend to anyone. There are way better dermatologists out there.
Dr. Fiedler was highly recommended by two friends. I think she’s wonderful. She spent a good deal of time with me removing a 3 inch stitch that a different doctor (a plastic surgeon in NY) left in my face after a botched facelift. It was supposed to be dissolvable but it wasn’t. The stitch caused me to have a staff infection. Dr. Fiedler was gentle and professional. Once the stitch was removed I healed rapidly. I would feel safe going back to her any time I need a dermatologist for anything.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
