Everything from the making of my appointment, the check in process and all of the staff was 100% professional. Dr Levy listened to me and then examined me. Kind, careing and welcoming practice. Everyone who I have interacted with has a great attitude and very helpful and knowledgeable. Dr Levy is the best surgeon. I was completely pain free from my total shoulder replacement surgery in less than 3 weeks. I feel amazing and now working on my full range of motion therapy 6 weeks into my 12 week recovery. I feel blessed to have found Dr Levy and his practice. If you are contemplating shoulder surgery Dr Levy should be a strong consideration.

Dr Levy is a wonderful doctor and I followed him over from Holy Cross in Fort Lauderdale. But this new office isn't very patient friendly. Amy and Geneva are lovely helpful ladies but the new corporate office procedures and practices are a dehumanizing. Healthcare is about helping people but you get the sense in this new practice that it's about maximizing profit. Dr Levy is the same great doctor he always was but I won't be back. It's a highly impersonal processing center for billing codes and the human touch is completely gone. Additionally, the schedule so many patients that by 9:00 in the morning they are 45 minutes to an hour behind every time. It's becoming assembly line for insurance payments.

Itisalmost 5 years since my reverse shoulder replacement. I am 83, workout, and function like I never had surgery. Sept 26, 2023 I am having other shoulder done by dr.levy, he waswonderful. Trudy tepper

Very informative but a lot to digest in such a short time. I do have a great deal of confidence in Dr. Levy. An amazing surgeon. I am so blessed to have found him. Surgery "perfect" - no pain afterwards. He us a good man and an amazing doctor. His practice is efficient , nurse practitioners are so friendly and knowledgeable. So blessed to have found him.
