I wish I could give zero stars. Dr. Seckler rarely comes out of his office. He will be hard to see in the office visits. His staff is extremely rude and very uncooperative. They couldn't care less about you. I would urge everyone to see someone else. I have had terrible experiences.

I was referred to Dr. Seckler by a friend and was so pleased with the appointment. Dr. Seckler was very thorough in explaining various portions of my visit and learning my history. He also gave me a realistic picture of my patient care moving forward. Friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Thank you to the amazing staff for welcoming me to this office.

My name is Michelle Prager-Friedman for the record. I have been a patient of Dr Seckler after having an ablation 11/2020. I hope he reads the reviews to keep patients. Every 6 months I have an examination where I’m supposed to see the doctor every other visit and Sushila, nurse practitioner, every other visit. I’ve seen Sushila more often. My last routine exam was last April where I told Sushila I’ve been having lightheaded and a fib episodes. An echocardiogram and EKG were performed and was told someone would call with results in 2 days. I waited a week, called again 2 weeks and called again 3 weeks. No one ever called back and I continued to keep a record of my symptoms. When I scheduled an appointment with a new cardiologist the doctor requested my test results. They were reordered a month later, 3 business days before my scheduled appointment and still my records were never sent. I should have read Dr Seckler’s reviews before wasting all this time. I wish other patients have better results

Outstanding cardiologist period. Erica is wonderful NOW in regards to the receptionist...in all my days I have never encountered such a rude, disrespectful. angry, mean, unempathetic woman(receptionist) Can not understand why a Dr with a great reputation would hire such a miserable person....though I do understand it's hard to get quality help these days and for some crazy reason she's been there for 12 years. Thank God for Erica! If anyone shares this issue please just ask for Erica.

Outstanding cardiologist Erica wonderful THE WORST RECEPTIONIST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTETED. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, MEAN, UNEMPATHETIC......and God forbid you have to ask a question or need an explanation or have a request. If you experience the same ask hor Erica.

Dr. Seckler is a FANTASTIC cardiologist. Erica and his medical staff are wonderful....BUT his receptionists is rude, disrespectful, most times mean and absolutely unempathetic....that being said he is the best of the best in cardiologists.

Dr Seckler is an excellent cardiologist and he treats his patients with care and respect.... NOT SO his Administrative Assistant who is rude, arrogant, unprofessional and disrespectful. Where have you EVER had an admin staff cancel a medical prescription for a patient without notifying the patient and leaving them with no medication for a health problem? Well, that is what Dr Seckler's admin assistant just did to me. I went to the pharmacy and was told his office cancelled my Rx renewal.... I am now without medication for my heart condition.

A patient of Dr Seckler for a number of years. As far as Dr Seckler, he is a great cardiologist and we trust his knowledge and expertise... but he needs to look at who he hires for staff. His Admin Assistant never picks up phone at any time of day messages go into her vmail - returned calls rarely happen the same day. She is rude and totally unprofessional. Case in point, Doc put me on new meds with a f/u w/ his PA 30 days out to see if we continue the new meds. PA indicated it was advised a while longer. I told her to submit renewal to Express Scripts for 90day home delivery. I waited, no Rx, so checked with Express Scripts- they never received Rx. I called Dr's office (again left vmail message)- when Admin Assist did call back I was informed that without notifying me they simply did not submit it. This Admin Assist, in a most arrogant and condescending way stated that patients "do not dictate" how they prescribe our Rx's.... THEN without telling me CANCELED my Rx w/ pharmacy
