I had a partially torn rotator cuff in my shoulder. I had a pain level of 7-8 just reaching out to the side to turn off a lamp. I had the Lipo Stem procedure done (PRP and Stem cell) at the end of April. After about 3-4 weeks my pain was almost completely gone. 5 months later still feels great. I have been doing monthly cryo therapy here as well as red light and sauna. Amazing place for fixing what ails you and bodily maintenance.

The office is very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. Emily and MJ are so great and make you feel comfortable. They explain everything and answer any questions you have. They check up on you after your treatment to make sure you’re doing ok and answer any questions that may have come up after you left the office. Emily is also an amazing injector. I am looking forward to seeing how sculptra continues to improve my skin over the next several months.

I highly recommend everyone visit Pur-Form in Boca Raton, FL and check out all of their amazing treatments and services. The entire staff is exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate and talented. Pur-form Institute is clean, relaxing and well designed for clients every need. I recently had Max Stem cell therapy on my knee with Dr. Purita. I can’t say enough good things about him and his team. His knowledge, experience and genuine concern about my wellbeing and best outcome where truly appreciated. He did a fantastic job on my knee. He always checks in on me and his staff took great care of me too. I’m so grateful that he is my doctor. And, I’m grateful he founded his regenerative medicine practice! I highly recommend the medical aesthetics team at Pur-Form. They offer the most up-to-date skin care treatments and tailor them to the needs of the patient. I am very happy with natural results I’m seeing. Emily is very knowledgeable and caring and her assistant MJ is always helpful and responsive.

I've had 3 treatments done at PUR-FORM - EBO2, VSELS, & NAD. It made such a big difference in my chronic inflammation, I've been able to lose weight, my brain fog cleared, and I just feel so much more energized as a whole. These treatments and this facility are next level.
