I went in to have a consultation regarding a previous scan from another office. Dr. Weiss advised I needed a scan with contrast and he would have someone contact me from imaging. Not only did no one contact me even after I followed up with his office - but he charged me nearly $300.00 for a 2 second scope that he did not explain would be on top of the already outrageous $250.00 office visit. Also when you come in there are a dozen people behind the desk chatting about their day and ignoring you. This office does not practice good customer service, is deceptive, and provides no follow through whatsoever. They just don't care. Stay clear!
