Tried to schedule an appointment here today for a routine visit. Spoke with 3 different people at the front desk, 3 different times and I was told the same thing... "someone will call me back after they verified my insurance." The entire day went by without a call back. How long does it take to verify this???? Weeks???? I called my health insurance and in less than 2 min they confirmed the doctor is on their network. No worries. I'll go to another dermatologist. Dr Herne. see what your employees doing at the front desk!

Dr. Herne has been my dermatologists for years. I am a stage 4 melanoma survivor who sought her out for her Mohs experience. I continue to see her because of her ability to make me feel at ease during biopsies & her friendly bed side manner. She is amazing at answering any questions I have. Both my boys see have seen her for skin exams & acne treatment as well since they were teens.

The one issue I came in for is worse. I never received a phone call when I told them them about my issue. I believe this office to be a money making racket.

She treated me with kid gloves as my skin is like tissue paper from being on Chemo and steroids. In addition as a transplant patient, skin cancer is constantly occurring. Her knowledge and bed-side manner makes going for a visit a bit less intimidating as well as less painful.
