Dr Garrod is an amazing hand surgeon! The best in the USA! Additionally, his office staff are super friendly and helpful.

This guy is the best hand/wrist guy in South Florida! Extremely knowledgeable, great bedside manner; helped my tennis elbow. Office is efficient, on time for appointments and you’re in/out.

Nasty front desk employees. If you are late, even if is 5 minutes, they won't see you. The office won't even bother to call you or text you to remind you of your appt. Worse office practice, including Dr leaving if you are 5 minutes late. Look for a better Dr than this one.

Dr. Garrod was very professional. What I thought to be a big deal was addressed with simplicity and perfection. Can't even see the scar, never had an ounce of pain during or after my hand surgery. Did not put me to sleep, gave me a local which I really appreciated. Removed cyst and arthritic bone spurs successfully. Would highly recommend him along with the Delray surgical center.

Awful doctor’s office. I saw Dr. Garrod years ago for tendinitis in my left wrist. My opinion is that he did not properly and/or effectively administer the Cortizone shot (it had no effect and he used an improperly size needle). I recently suffered an unrelated injury on my opposite harm and was referred by the emergency room physician to a different doctor at the same office. Only after I got there and completed all of the paperwork did some curt staff member approach me to let me know that the doctors at that office do not “share“ patients. I informed her that my tendinitis from years earlier was unrelated to my current injury and that the physician at Boca community hospitals emergency room refered me specifically to Dr. Esmaeli, not Dr Garrod. I wasn’t trying to be sneaky. I’m simply trying to see the doctor to whom I was referred. They should’ve asked me whether I was a previous patient and should’ve checked their records when they made my appointment.

Dr Garrod is rushed due to double booking. Doesn’t take much time and rushes hand injections before anesthesia is effective. He is good though and did resolve issue after two injections. Instead of double booking, they might confirm appointments with patients and have a no show charge.

I would like to amend the 1 star review that I recently wrote about Dr. Garrod. As I previously stated, the lack of success of my finger was in no way the fault of Dr. Garrod or his therapists. I wrote this review the day of my incident with the doctor, and the very next day I received a phone call from him with a most effusive and sincere apology. He admitted his displeasure about his behavior in the most humble and honest manner. I have since gone back for continued treatment and every time he spots me in the therapist's office he repeatedly apologizes. Please disregard my previous review, Dr. Garrod is not only a fine surgeon, but an outstanding gentleman. Thank you

Rude, not caring, trying to fit in five days of patients in three days. Bad attitude, rushed. Used to be a great doctor but has definitely changed. So disappointing, not the same. Time to retire.

On Monday I had an appointment in this office and the doctor's assistant was not wearing a face mask during this pandemic, I asked why after she came into the small exam room for the 2nd time and she shrugged her shoulders I did lodge a complaint and the ofc manager assured me that the assistant is safe: I cannot understand how an office can post on their door, inside their waiting room, take the patients temp, ask questions and then allow a worker to not wear a mask. The doctor I saw was very nice but he and the office need to take better care of the patients that are entrusting their health to them.

Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. Dr.Garrod is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was taken back 10 minutes BEFORE my appointment time—was in and out in 30 minutes. All around amazing experience. Usually, I end up waiting hours to see a quality doctor. Here, you get the best of both worlds. Little to no wait and amazing medical care. I didn’t know it was possible to receive this level of care. Needless to say, I’m impressed.
