The office staff is attentive and friendly. I was even called into exam room early which is always a pleasnt surprise at any doctors office.

Most Unsettling and Unacceptable Encounter: Speaking as a former medical assistant, I must share the most peculiar experience I encountered. Upon my arrival, an impolite staff member informed me that my appointment was not on the schedule. Despite explaining that I had booked it through Zoc Doc, she insisted it was impossible. I had told her I could come in another day instead. It took presenting concrete evidence for her to finally acknowledge my appointment and proceed with my visit. I received a call from this same discourteous employee to discuss my test results. Much to my surprise, she became defensive and irate when I mentioned not receiving a voicemail. Blaming me for not setting up my voicemail, she exhibited an unwarranted level of aggression. Despite assuring her that I appreciated her call, her rudeness on the phone left me astounded. It became necessary for me to assert myself by stating, "I fail to comprehend why you're displaying such aggression towards me, especially when I have been nothing but polite to you." This employee's aggressive behavior extended beyond the confines of the office and permeated every interaction, even over the phone. Her demeanor created a highly hostile environment throughout the entire office. Given this experience, I have resolved never to return solely due to the presence of this employee.

I’m older than Doc K and so far, have had three gyns retire in my day. I hope he stays with us all for a long time coming !!! Thank you all in the office, for your constant help and thoroughness during my visits; not to mention your professionalism and always inspiration!! Best, Barbara Spielman

I have been with Dr. Konsker for about 15 years. He is the best of the best! Was on an infertility journey with me and recommended the reproductive endo that would finally get me pregnant. During my pregnancy I was so scared it took 9’years to get there. He was unbelievable. The day I went into labor he was on his game. He answered his cell phone on the first ring. Made it to the hospital same time I did. I needed a c section and we knew this before but she came a month early. I had a baby girl within 90 min of being admitted. I only needed to be in there a day. I took advil when I came home. My Recovery was amazing. My scar is non existent and I have a healthy baby because of him. The best of the best.

Had a great experience with Dr. Konsker. Very thorough throughout my pregnancy, ultrasounds at every visit which just gave me peace of mind as a first time mom. Perfect easy delivery. Very rare to find a doctor who will be there on delivery day. Office is nice, staff is friendly, and never have to wait long to be seen. Highly recommend!
