his staff is rude, condescending and unprofessional. since it was late in the day one Dr Salazar performed my colonoscopy he left before he could give me the results.

Myself and my husband are both patients of doctor Salazar and find him very thorough and professional. His staff is very thorough as his nurses during our colonoscopies were very attentive at making all our needs met.

I called to cancel my appointment because my insurance was changed, when i called the person who answer the phone was so rude she asked me why did I cancel the appointment. I explained to her the reason and she got so upset that and she told me that it was my responsibility to call and verify my insurance. I was so confused with the way she react telling what to do. she does not know what i am doing early in the morning taking care of my mother and working long hours. She said "Honey I will charge you $75.00. because your cancelation". I replied that i call two days before. she just got upset and I decided to discontinue the conversation. Please, Dr. Salazar your staff are really rude with the clients. I suggest to train them to be more respectful and patient. My dear friend Mrs., Rosen recommended Dr, Salazar but I am so disappointed with the services.
