List of Liv Plastic Surgery By Dr. Andrew Ress's Reviews
I cannot say enough about Dr. Ress. I had a rhinoplasty with him and his attention to detail and thorough follow up is unmatched. My body ended up throwing a lot of scar tissue which was no fault of the Dr, but he carefully went back and fixed everything until it was perfect. There’s a reason he’s been voted the best many times. I would not trust anyone else! If you’re thinking about getting any cosmetic surgery done I would 100% recommend doing a consultation with him. He answers all of your questions and can fix any problem! Magic! The pictures are before and a couple DAYS after…so the results continue to get even better as the swelling subsides.
I visited this clinic for cosmetic Dysport injections to smooth out wrinkles on my forehead and between my eyebrows. Two weeks after the initial session, I still had visible wrinkles and returned for a touch-up. After that, the result was good, but it lasted only about two weeks. Now, a little over a month after the procedure, the wrinkles have clearly returned. I followed all aftercare instructions carefully — this is not my first time getting Dysport, but it was my first experience at this clinic. I am absolutely certain that something was done incorrectly. Although I’m sure the clinic would never acknowledge this and would likely say it was just my personal reaction to the product, I find this explanation unconvincing. Also, I was not shown the vial before the injection, and now, considering how quickly the effect wore off, I can’t be sure whether the product came from a newly opened vial. This was my first time receiving Dysport at this clinic, and based on the overall experience, I have no desire to return.
I recently used Dr. Ress for some cosmetic procedures and I cannot say enough amazing things about him and the entire team at Liv Plastic Surgery. They were able to get me in promptly for a consultation where Dr. Ress listened to what I was looking for, answered all questions, and was honest in what he could achieve and what to expect. They also let me know that they are always available to answer any and all questions, which they did any time I had additional questions. They all had amazing bedside manner and I am so happy with my results. It is everything I was looking for and I highly recommend him. It was such a wonderful process with this team.
My procedure (lipo in neck and arms) was so fun & smooth, Dr. ress was making me laugh & I barely felt any pain! I love the staff they're all so nice and kind. Can't wait to see my results in 6 weeks when the swelling and bruising go away!
Dr. Ress and his entire team are exceptional. From the very beginning, they’ve shown genuine care and attention, and even more than six months later, they continue to address all my concerns and needs. They're also incredibly easy to reach, available 24/7. If you're looking for a compassionate team and top-notch results, I highly recommend Dr. Ress and his office!
So after over 4 years since the initial liposuction procedure I've come to the conclusion that it was not worth it for me. Basically my worst fear has been realized that my face looks worse now than it did before due to the unevenness of the result and the 2.5 inch scar I have from the second procedure. After the initial surgery it was obvious that the left side of my sub mental area was much fuller than the other. I went to about half a dozen follow up appointments where I was told it was from post op swelling, fluid rentention and finally scar tissue. After being told it was due to weight gain, I asked the dr to look at my progress photos showing my left side has been fuller since the initial surgery. At that point he gave me a cortisone injection which didn't help at all. After a year of follow ups and wearing a compression garment for at least 12 hours a day I was finally told I needed another procedure to remove scar tissue on the left side. Although I was afraid of having another procedure especially with the same doctor, I ultimately agreed since it was the only way I would have a chance at getting the result I wanted without having to pay for a whole new procedure with a new doctor, which I couldn't afford. I assumed the procedure would be like the initial one and wasn't told anything to the contrary, but I was wrong. Instead of having the small half inch scars I had during the initial procedure, I had a two and a half inch scar across the entirety of my chin. This wasn't mentioned to me in the office but rather I realized it when I removed the bandages at home. I'm not sure which is worse, the fact that my left side was still substantially fuller than the right, or the large scar I'm left with that is still and probably always will be incredibly noticeable. When I brought my concerns to Dr. Ress' attention a year and a half ago he told me the only solution was yet another procedure. I couldn't bring myself to take another risk, so decided to wait it out and see it gets better. Well here we are 4.5 years later and its still the same. I also have little to no feeling on the left side and it will often start to feel swollen and hot randomly. I'm just heartbroken with this outcome. I spent money I shouldnt have and time in pain/recovery I'll never get back. Dr. Ress was always nice and to his credit offered another procedure as a solution, but I can't take the risk of it getting worse. To see my full journey and pictures I documented it on RealSelf username Jess_1018.

Edited to add photos and also mention that within minutes of me posting the initial review Dr. Ress texted my personal phone (9:30pm) to threaten me with legal action if I didn’t remove the review. So there’s that as well.
It’s been 5 weeks since my facelift with Dr Ress. After many years of fighting breast cancer I was finally given a clean bill of health and started dieting and exercise to lose 100 pounds. The results were dramatic but at 65 years old, the sagging skin made me look 85 and I hoped that Dr Ress could help me. As a retired Registered Nurse, I was always impressed by Dr Ress attitude and kindness. Most doctors aren’t as caring and genuine as he is. He explains things and responds immediately to questions and concern's and I had plenty. . While I can say I’m still healing the results are impressive! I no longer have a neck that has skin folds that can touch and the contour of my face is sleek. Mostly the huge deep skin folds down either side of my nose are gone! All I can say is Dr Ress is an artist and his abilities as a surgeon have surpassed my hopes and expectation. Even the texture of my skin is a million times improved. My before and after pictures are astonishing. I am glad that Dr Ress is my surgeon and very honored to recommend him highly.
I can’t say how much that I appreciate Dr .Ress and all staffs that took care of me and my husband for the last few days. I wish i could Rate this Business 10⭐️⭐️⭐️ First , We came from Pennsylvania to Boca to have liposuction on several areas for both me and my husband. It was hard enough at the beginning trying to talk to my husband into it and set up everything that we needed for both of us . I have to say Thank you so very much to Dr Ress , Alena (receptionist) and Mya ( nurse) for being very patient and be able to answer hundreds of my questions through phone calls , emails and accommodate everything so easy . We will absolutely be back for more others service in the future when we come visit FLORIDA. Last but not least : Dr Ress is very REASONABLE . Compared to others Plastic surgeon that i have been to . Give them a call and you WILL NOT BE REGRET ❤️❤️❤️💋💋. Love , from Annie Ngoc Le & Michael Truong
Dr. Andrew Rees is the most incredible plastic surgeon in the United States. I have traveled from Utah to have him work on my body and face. Not only is he such a perfectionist in all his work. He takes the time to get to know you and really explain in detail. His bedside manner is off the charts and with spend any amount of time to make you feel that you are getting the very best service and care. I really struggled with my weight all my life and it just got worse after menopause and I could not get it off. Not only, did he help me transform my body to my ideal weight, he really takes a personal interest into how it affects your self -esteem and self worth and he prides himself in assisting you to be the very best you can be and meet all your goals. I would recommend Dr. Rees hands down and would give him 10 stars. I would never trust another plastic surgeon to do any surgery or procedure to my face or body. I can not begin to say how incredible this doctor and staff have been with me. Number One doctor in the country
