Dr Bergman is a very competent and caring physician.. He was able to relieve my shoulder pain in one visit. I highly recommend Dr Bergman !

DR MARC BERGMAN HAS NO COMPASSION & NO IDEA WHAT THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH EVEN MEANS. MY WIFE HAD AN APPOINTMENT, FILLED OUT ALL REQUIRED PAPERWORK. ONCE INSIDE THE CUBICLE WOULD NOT LOOK AT OR TOUCH HER KNEE OR ANKLE. TOLD HER TO GO BACK TO VIRGINIA TO SEE THE SURGEON. WE NOW LIVE IN FLORIDA. HIS TITLE OF “DR” IS VERY, VERY QUESTIONABLE.

WITHOUT A DOUBT THE WORST VISIT EVER. DONT EVEN KNOW HOW HE CONSIDERS HIMSELF TO BE A DOCTOR WHO SWORE THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH. TOLD MY WIFE TO GO BACK TO VIRGINIA a& SEE THE SURGEON WHO OPERATED ON HER KNEE. WOULD NOT EVEN LOOK AT HER VERY SWOLLEN KNEE OR ANKLE. DR BERGMAN, HOPE YOU OR ANY MEMBER OF YOUR FAMILY NEVER RECEIVES THE HORRENDOUS, NON-CARING, UNSYMPATHETIC ATTITUDE YOU GAVE MY WIFE.SHE ...

I am surprised to have had the experience I did, given how many five-star ratings I see. Sadly, my personal experience was quite disturbing. I came in primarily to assess knee pain, with the added complication of pain in my hip and leg. In an effort to provide the full picture, and in the hope of getting a good differential diagnosis, I presented all of the pain symptoms. Dr. Bergman disregarded my concerns about my knee, telling me I did not have a knee problem, and that the issue was "sciatica". He did not in any way take time to fully assess the knee, and only very quickly looked at it, without doing a full exam to see how it could or could not bend/straighten, and to observe the swelling, which he claimed was not there before he had even looked at it. He sent me off with a prescription for PT to address the "sciatica" and "lumbago". When I got home, I was quite concerned that the reason I had seen him had not been addressed, and I called the office to ask if he would be able/willing to assess the knee. I got a return call, stating that he "did assess it" and that I just needed to do the physical therapy that was ordered. When my sister, who was very concerned, called their office to ask on my behalf if he would at least write an order to get a knee MRI, she got a reluctant agreement. It turns out - I do, in fact, have a knee problem. There is a cyst, and there is fluid filling the knee and leaking down into the leg. (which was accurately assessed when I found a new orthopedist, who actually examined my knee and saw/felt the accumulated fluid). The final piece was when Dr. Bergman's office staff called me to say that there was nothing on the MRI for him to treat, and that if I wanted further help, I should see a rheumatologist. I do not like being disregarded and dismissed when attempting to communicate and get help. And I expect a doctor to look at a full picture, which might include more than one body part, and more than one problem, as in my case. Unfortunately, this doctor did not provide that kind of care.

Knowledgeable and personable- great combination.

The Doctor was condescending and had no interest in helping. He told me to take a Medrol pack and get an MRI . The doctor wrote low back pain on script when I can’t walk without pain and have to use a cane. MRI was denied and office refuses to resubmit paper work. The worst experience and they stated sciatica which is inaccurate severe herniated disc.

Very busy office, patients seem to be rushed in and out I find Dr Bergman is very rushed He seens preoccupied like he is waiting for his next patient, Does not talk much during tests I will try someone else

Went to a few drs who either misdiagnosed me or just didn't know how to help me. One dr wanted to rush me into surgery. Dr Bergman knew what the issue was immediately. I felt that he was knowledgeable and honest. He offered me conservative treatment and I'm pleased to report I am better. Thank you!

What an uncaring doctor. He took X-rays and sent me for an mri that wasn't approved by insurance. Told me i should take medication instead. They made me sick & didn't relieve pain. I did not want to mask pain I wanted to figure out what was causing it.

What a terrific guy. Went there for a series of knee shots and was pleasantly surprised to be seen with 15 minutes of my appointment. Charming, thorough, professional and interested. Staff is cordial and responsive. Highly recommended
