Firstly, the entire staff at this practice is awesome! I had consultations at three different practices and I am so happy and blessed to have chosen Dr. Hancock. She is just not a top notch, incredibly skilled surgeon but an amazing human being. She made me feel at ease, took her time to address all my concerns for both my procedures both pre and post op. She is genuinely passionate about what she does, not to mention a true perfectionist! I look forward to meeting with her at each of my my current post op follow ups. She explains in detail the healing process as it progresses as well as do’s and don’ts at each visit, always giving easy and clear instructions. Words cannot fully describe my experience, I highly recommend Dr. Hancock, she is the best! Thanks a million to you and your amazing staff Dr. Hancock. God bless you!

Dr Hancock and her team rock! I've waited 10 years to get nose surgery and finally found the courage to do it and I coudnt be happier with the results and process. A clear and direct communicator, you'll know what to expect before, during and after.

Dr. Hancock and the entire team were fantastic! I have been a patient of and collaborated professionally with many ENTs and the experience from start to finish was superior to my experience in other offices, by far. From the comprehensive consult, the time spent explaining different options, pre-op, the surgical procedure itself and post-op… I was continually impressed. The office staff were organized, responsive and kind. Dr. Hancock performed a septoplasty, rhinoplasty, turbinate reduction, & nasal swell body reduction. She is a highly skilled surgeon! I am now 6.5 months post op and very happy with both the cosmetic and airway health improvements following my procedure. It’s great to have a healthy airway! I cannot express the gratitude I feel for Dr. Hancock and the rest of her office. I came home from college with no ability to breathe out of my nose with a perforated septum, deviated septum, and plenty of more issues. The first ENT I visited would not see me due to septal perforations being "too complicated" for him. I was very discouraged thinking I would not be able to ever get my nose repaired. After doing some research I found Dr. Hancock, and I could not be more thankful that I did. I came in and did a pre-op screening and she showed me all of the issues wrong with my nose and what she could do to fix everything. I knew right away she knew her stuff and felt very comfortable disclosing any discomfort or concern I had. Well, I can confidently say after her strict instruction and extensive surgery, I am breathing like I never have before. Dr. Hancock changed my life and her office has the nicest group of individuals I have met in a doctor's office. I rarely write reviews online but I had to write one for Dr. Hancock because I cannot express enough how much she has changed my life for the better. I will be forever grateful for her work and dedication and I would recommend her to ANYONE needing an ENT in Florida. She is the best.
