I think Dr Matilsky is Great. Sometimes the follow through on some prescriptions is a bit lacking. Dr Matilsky often scolds an associate in front of a patient. This could wait until after the appointment.

As an RN I can say with confidence Dr. Matilsky is the epitome practicing good medicine. Her approach is preventative and comprehensive. I am so blessed to have found her. Highly recommended.

Professional staff. Friendly but respectful.

Dr. Matilsky is dedicated to a holistic approach to health. Since starting natural hormone replacement therapy, taking needed supplements and vitamins, and changing my diet at her recommendation, I feel 10 years younger. I feel like my old self again. She is invested in keeping me healthy with lifestyle changes, which I prefer.

Office has poor management. Very difficult to make an appointment. Nobody greets you when you enter, Heather (lady that was at desk when I entered) just gives long stares and doesn’t communicate. Then she gets rude and defensive if you ask a question. Not the behavior I expect in a professional healthcare setting. I will be finding a new primary care doctor.

I have been a patient for 25 years with Dr. Matilsky, find her to be knowledgeable, kind, and the perfect bedside manner. Dr and I have had a long history, it is time to move on, reasoning being how one is handled by her staff. The staff is uneducated, rude and has no follow-up, they are the angriest staff I have had come across.

Two and a half years ago I met Dr. Merna Matilsky and her exceptional team at Boca Center Healthy Living and am thrilled! I had tried many natural ways to deal with assorted post menopausal issues with varying degrees of success. After watching Dr. Matilsky's detailed video explanation of the differences and benefits of bio-identical hormones, I met with her, began a personalized program and have been both amazed by and beyond grateful for the results. My days are highly energized, my focus is clear and sharp, my sleep is deeply restful and restorative and my intimate parts are back to working as they should (after years struggling with extremely painful dryness causing recurring UTI's). Dr. Matilsky is brilliant, hands on and no nonsense. She understands how the body is designed to function at its best and she knows how to get you there. Healthy in my 50’s, but haven’t felt like myself for about 2 years. Had to be menopause and I suffered from every symptom; Lack of energy, insomnia, constant night sweats, hot flashes, weight gain… I researched hormone replacement therapy, asked many women my age and decided to call Dr. Matilsky’s office. I really like the fact that she is not just an anti aging practitioner, but an established practicing concierge internist. Her personal assistant Britt called me back within minutes to provide me detailed information about the process. Britt scheduled me for a blood test and a follow up appt. A week later with Dr. Matilsky to go over my results and prescribe a protocol based on the results of my detailed questionnaire and blood tests. I was told this appt. Would take about 2 hours. Because I filled out my forms electronically online prior to my visit , Dr. Matilsky already had my recent mammogram in my file. She also noticed my bone density was 4 years old , and I should be having one every two years. Neither my gynecologist nor my personal physician told me this. Dr. Matilsky went over every detail of my blood test results and explained the numbers and how each one relates to each one of my symptoms and what she would prescribe to balance those numbers. During that visit my blood pressure was also taken , O2 , weight and body mass index ( BMI) . Dr. Matilsky provided my appropriate HRT , and recommended some additional supplements for immune , thyroid and bone support and they were very affordable. Fast forward , about 2 weeks later it was like night and day !! I felt so much better and every symptom was reduced significantly. I got my energy back ! I felt 20 years younger. Follow up blood test and appt. revealed the doctors prescription was really spot on and she made minor adjustments for next time. This office is clean , well staffed and organized. If you call and are put on hold , someone answers in a timely manner and there are always call backs in a timely manner. Appts. are always on time. Dr. Matilsky is not only detail oriented, thorough and knows what she is doing , but she is pleasure to deal with. One of the best doctors I’ve ever had for anything. You’re in good hands in this practice for sure !

Dr. Matilsky is wonderful! She is one of the main reasons I feel great! She is definitely worth your time and will do all she can to ensure your quality of life. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Matilsky is wonderful and so is all the friendly staff. You’re seen right away. Dr. Matilsky gives you her time and discusses any issues you may have. It took me a few visits to get my hot flashes in check and now I’m able to sleep comfortably all night. I highly recommend her.
