I have been seeing Dr. Bastien for a little over a year. I had an appointment on September 13 and two days earlier I received a text message reminding me that I had an appointment and I responded yes I would be there. On the day of the appointment I received a text again in the morning and again I said I would be there. Later that afternoon I will send an email and again I responded yes I would be there. So I recently took a new job and I ended up having to drive from Weston all the way up to Boynton Beach to Dr. Bastien's office. When I got there the front office staff informed me that they no longer take my insurance. This is my primary care physician and they could contact me three times in two days to make sure I was coming to their office, for what? To tell me they didn't take my insurance! Someone on their staff should've contacted me, and let me know that they no longer took my insurance. I did not feel like I was taken care of by this office staff. It can take more than five days to fill a prescription and I think that's ridiculous. I love the doctor she's fantastic but quite frankly her office staff is incompetent, indifferent and they do not take care of their patients. I hate writing this because I do love the doctor, but nobody's that good!

Very positive experience. She gives options and education on how to address your health concerns. She also resolved my immediate problem with sudden arthritis pain from repeated movement from sanitizing items for covid 19. Thank you thank you thank you! I recommend her in a second! Also her staff is courteous and respectful of your time.
