Nathaniel A. Lowen's Online Review Report Card

This is the worst office I have ever been to. I made an appointment in March for April at 8:30 am. When I arrived I was told that I was not in the system and when I was asked my insurance I was told it was not in their network. My first question when making the appointment was “DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?” Obviously I was told yes or I never would have made the appointment. So, naturally, I left. What a complete waste of my time. So, when making an appointment, at this office, check, double check and recheck, again, to make sure you have an appointment AND they take your insurance.

Dr. Lowen is excellent! He is prompt, knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. The office staff is primarily also great with some exceptions. Unfortunately I made the mistake of paying for treatment up front and was told I would be refunded once the claim was approved. The claim was approved but then they told me they wouldn't refund until the claim was paid. Then I had to wait an additional 2 months after the claim was paid (not approved) and had to follow-up to demand my refund. Caveat emptor!!

The office staff is in a word AMAZING!!!! Dr. Lowen is the one of the BEST doctors I have ever encountered. He takes the time to really explain the issues and gives you all the NON-SURGICAL OPTIONS!!! He was able to take care of a neck issue and a week later a fractured sacrum. All in the office with the utmost care and concern. Scott, is PA is just wonderful - you would think he was an MD. Reassuring and thorough just like Dr. Lowen. I wouldn't trust any other practice with my issues.

I pulled my back out in a horrific way whereby I was immobile. Dr. lowen was excellent at helping my situation without being too aggressive or too conservative. He was perfect came up with a plan, his entire office of staff were so comforting and professional

Amazing clinic !!! The personal is AAA class, efficient and caring. Doctor Lowen is dedicated, brilliant and wonderful. Highly recommended !!!

I waited for hours for this doctor and his staff could care less. Unhelpful almost like patients didn't exist.

WOW, I should have listened to the reviews I read about Dr. Lowen. My bad. I waited forty minutes and I finally asked the receptionist how much longer. It was 4:10 and he was seeing his 2:30 appointment!!!!! Terrible. terrible, no respect for the patient's time. I left without seeing him. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I find the Dr to be very professional and safe. But I do have a complaint his phone service in his office is terrible no one ever answers and if they do they transfer you to someone else who don’t pick up.i can’t believe a surgeon with this mans talent lets his office run like this. I’m sorry if I offend anyone but it’s very frustrating to keep calling and getting no where. And if you tell his staff they look at you like to bad.i recommended a dear friend of mine who can really use his help and she told me she can’t reach him or his office. Terrible.i hope the Dr. gets to read this. Again I hope no one gets in trouble but they can use a wake up call.

I schedule an Apt with Dr Lowen and to my surprise when I call to confirm I was told that he was not in and I had an apt with a nurse!! Seriously??? This practice should really start to treat patient better.
