i do not know what happened to Dr Gershman during summer 2021. Formerly stellar and attentive allergist totally lost interest in providing needed medical care for complications related to changes to his atypical treatment plan suddenly atypical challenging individualized case mngmnt was apparently taken over off record by PA and LPN’s….even significant lowering of allergy desensitization dose resulting in need for ER care

PLEASE do not go to the Boca location. If you do not want your day ruined by the rudeness of the front desk lady just don’t. Dr was great and one of the nurses Randy made the visit better. But the introduction I got when I first came in was horrific and it’s crazy to think on how this woman even got this job. She was nasty and condescending from the very start and when I’d be calmly slowly asking a question she would cut me off and trying to hurry me away. She even yelled out details of my insurance costs out loud when I was away from the window to get my attention to come over VIOLATION OF PRIVACY people were in the lobby and also nurses all around her were looking. I felt so uncomfortable and disrespected I almost walked out TRULY. I’m sorry for this 2 star review but your staff effects your practice too.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gershman for several years now and cannot think of anyone else I would rather see for my asthma. He is not only extremely informative on what medication to take and why to take it but also very good at following up to ensure the medication is working well. 55 stars without a doubt
