I made an appointment because I needed a few spots her to look at and I have hyperpigmentation on my face from the sun I guess. When I tried to talk to her about my face she just kept on looking at my skin. I asked her again and she said “you are only here for me to do a body check for skin cancer , you will have to make an appointment with “ I do not remember who she said. She was absolutely not interested in anything I had to say. She didn’t even smile and walk me up to the desk and tell the girls to make an appointment. I was very Leary to to ever go back to that office. Certainly not her

Love Dr Klem! Been seeing her for quite a few years now and I’ve never had a bad experience… as with most other Derm’s always trying to up sell services and potions. She’s a pleasure to see a few times a year! Definitely recommend !
