Always excellent. Goes over bloodwork and explains things very well. Never rushed she is a caring physician who my wife and I like very much! Have always found office to be helpful and courteous.

Waited 30 minutes after the time of my appointment I asked the front desk how much longer its going to be? All they could say is the Dr. is running late. They finally take me into an exam room and after asking when the Dr. will see me I was told 3 PM. One hour after my appt. What ever happened to calling patients to let them know?. This office is full of old people and as I can see it, they just sit and wait and wait. I have a job! A business to run! Would Dr. Freedman put up with a patient who is an hour late? Or her own appt. running an hour late? The office managers/staff should know better, and have no respect for patients. One staff member gave me a look as I asked about my appontment - like a scary look. I hope this is not what I have to look forward to when I really need dr's. Disrespectful office, with no regard for people's time!

While sitting for my appointment another patient came in and forgot his mask and asked if he could have one answer- “Go back to your car and get it.” Called several times with questions about medications and there is poor follow up with answers or the wrong answer to the question The doctor never had definitive opinions about treatment and passed blood work back to my Primary doctor when diabetes is her specialty

I have been diabetic as long as I can remember. Dr. Freedman is far and away the best Endocrinologist I have seen. Don't believe me see for yourself you won't be sorry.

Love Dr Freedman. She listens, remembers and explains. I fell comfortable with her.

Dr Freeman is not the problem, it is her office & staff. You cannot get a 'live' person to speak to. I have been trying to get a prescription filled for 7 days. Nobody calls back, the prescription isn't sent to the my Pharmacy or at least that's what my pharmacy says (Walgreens not happy about them either). I have been calling (doctor & pharmacy) almost every day and sometimes more than once a day and they keep pointing the fingers and no one is helping me. I had to drive to the doctors office to get a 'paper ' prescription so I can now drop it off at my pharmacy and wait. Terrible!!!

I think she is a very caring and knowledgeable Dr. does not rush you in and out. SJR 11/01/2020

Very caring and understanding and got all my issues answered got my diabetes in control

I would highly recommend Dr. Freedman. She found out that I had cancer thru her biopsies, and is very caring and asks the right questions, as well as referring to the the best doctors for surgery.

Delray Office staff is rude, unprofessional, ,have no customer service at all. You can call them as long as you want, leave numerous messages. No return calls. They are rude on the phone and they are rude when you talk to them in person. Dr Freedman is aware of this, I’ve been told her numerous times, nothing has been done.
