How do you know that you went to a great Surgeon? Simple, when you can leave a review two months later. Dr Cartledge and his team are compassionate, caring people, they all made me feel comfortable and feel positive about getting Aortic Valve Replacement done. If you truly want the best, look no further, Dr Cartledge is the best @ Boca Regional Hospital. God Bless him for the work that he does.

I must say that Dr. Cartledge did an awesome job for my dad and did whatever it took to have him make it through to the other side. He treated my dad with Dignity and Respect and we consider him family. When it comes to care, he did a great job with his team and support of nurses. Without his performance, my father would not be here to talk about it. Thank you from our family to yours.

Absolutely the worst surgeon and doctor and staff I have ever had . What he did to me 3 years ago , I can only wish that he has the same happens to him . If I could have only had found an attorney to handle a malpractice lawsuit , I would have owned his practice.

The doctors in this office may be good doctors but his Office Manager, Jennifer, almost cost me my life. Dr. Cartledge went on medical leave and she kept me hanging for five months waiting for open heart surgery. Refused to tell me what was really going on and that the doctor may not ever perform surgery again.
