Richard Marques's Online Review Report Card

I finally found my Doctor. Dr. Marques and his staff was amazing but as I sat there, I noticed how he was treating his patients. Astonished on what I saw. I promise if you are looking for a doctor that really cares, stop by his office.

What kind of Doctors Office has poor ventilation, no mask requirements to protect immuno-compromised patients, and does nothing more than write a script instead of actually seeing how a patient is doing? All of this happened recently as I accompanied my sister to this office after she had been in a car accident and was diagnosed with post-concussion syndrome by the ER at Cleveland Clinic. Her "doctor," Dr. Marques, barely did anything other than asking her how she feels and writing her a script to increase medications. His "practice" leaves a lot to be desired, from his handling of patients to how the office is run. All of this is not to mention that he's known for not being on time. Beware of this clinic!

Nice doctor but they are extremely busy and overbook too many appointments. Waited an hour to be seen although I had an appointment since they were so booked up. Refills are still hand written, and my pharmacies have a difficult time getting a hold of anyone to authorize refills. Call them to request authorization and they don't call the pharmacy back or follow up. Can't get emergency medication refills without a doctor's visit. There's no patient portal to be able to see a history of your visits or perscribed medication list...

My fiance has been a patient for over a decade but recent experiences have led us to search for more adequate and responsible care. We have dealt with a lady who works there who is named Raquel. This woman is an absolutely arrogant bully who has an utter disdain for patients who put there health in the hands of the clinic. The expectation coming from this office suggests that the patient is not deserving of answers and they are made to feel like there concerns will be addressed "when they decide to get to it". We have had more then a few conversations with Raquel who appears to have a "that's too bad, what are you gonna do about it" mentality. There is ZERO empathy or concern for the patient quality of care or well being. It is sad that we see this in a lot of practices where doctors overload there patient load and the quality of care suffers. They then hire people like Raquel who communicate the attitude of "go somewhere else if you don't like it" while they hide from accountabilit

Dr Marques is the rudest and most u professional doctor I have ever seen in 52 years. He rolled his eyes at me and gave my brother a 5 minute appointment. We made an appointment in advance. Made us wait an hour and looked at our paperwork, ordered a blood test and walked out while I was asking a question mid sentence and didn't come back. He didn't take blood pressure or temperature my brother came in the day after he came out of ICU from a stroke and he didn't even let us talk. I wanted to go over prescriptions and he would not. He should be banned. Disgusting human being.

Multiple visits. Never a bad experience. Short wait times and very flexible.

I LOVE this Dr's office. I have been coming to this office for years now after having a childhood friend from NJ, who moved down here in HS, tell me about him. My brother ended up using him as a Dr as well. The ladies at the front are sweet and wonderful and always accommodating. Sometimes there will be a wait, but it tends to move quickly. I would still suggest making an appointment rather than just walk in if you're in a time constraint. Having a Dr with a good bedside manner may not be of high priority to some, but to me it's HUGE. Marques is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and above all else, you feel like you're visiting a friend every time you go in! I love them all over at his office and I know you will too ❤

I’m a new patient , I was referred by two of my closest friends they all spoke highly of Richard , I had to go and see who and what he’s was about …… all I’m going to say is that I live in Brickell Miami , for those who’s not familiar with the location , well … i have to drive an hour and half to see Dr Marquee ….. do I need to explain more ? He’s an superb doctor. Very personable and You never feel rushed , this doctor has over 80 patients a day that sees him so it’s just me that love him he is well loved , I have never had a doctor in my life who I truly connected with …… trust me once you visit him you are hooked !!!
