Awful, nasty and very rude staff! I had a monthly treatment prescribed by the doctor that i was doing at home. After 5 months they called me in for a follow up visit so i can keep the prescription and have it delivered at my home address. I went for the visit and 1 week later I ordered my treatment online like i always used to. I got a text from the pharmacy telling me that my insurance denied the refill. I called the insurance to find out that the doctor’s office never sent them the pre approval paperwork. When I called the office and explained the situation the woman who was supposed to send the paperwork got so nasty and start yelling at me saying “if you don’t like it find another doctor” and hang up! My treatment got delayed by 2 weeks because of her negligence! Not to mention that 2 months after I start seeing the doctor they wanted to send me to collection for a routine visit invoice that they didn’t know how to code. I called the insurance and they told me they want to pay my claim but they’re unable because the office keeps sending the wrong billing code.

Dr. Schramm is an amazing doctor. I saw him for years. I recently went back to him, and he is better then I remembered. Dr. Schramm will spend the time you need not the time the insurance company wants. He wants to get to know you, your family and what is going on with you. You are not just a number but a person. He cares about your wellbeing and does what he needs to so he can help you. He is an amazing physician who will do everything he can for you to get you back to the best physical health he can.

Be very cautious and double check with your insurance company whether they accept your insurance. They only care about $$$. Your health is secondary to their fee.

Doctor schramm Was very interested in my allergies and medicines I've been taking for them he even Called me to follow up and see how I was doing. Very few doctors do that It is usually a staff person

I see Dr. Schramm for asthma. He changed my monthly shot to one that worked. I have not had an asthma attack since I started seeing him. He is not only an excellent doctor, but treats his patients like intelligent human beings. His office staff is professional. I am a snowbird and feel very fortunate to have found him (via the NextDoor app). Highly recommend him.
